Title: [SAPD Report] Cadet Mikrostar

Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators: Cadet Mikrostar

1. Mikrostar - Officer came and randomly accused me for hitting a man and instantly confiscating my weed without any proof or conversation. After the weed was confiscated the officer left in a great hurry.  Was also driving in a unmarked vehicle.
