Hi

The first insident ( sorry my bad english ) is last nigth.

Clock : 22:15 PM
Date   : 27.02.2013

So i was a sivilian walking past Mr_Lee and this cop Simon_Rodriguez. 
So suddenly Mr_lee got a /SU for shooting at him witch the man did not do.
Then i stood close and checked the log, and saw Simon_Rodriguez  was blackmailing people for cash
That he would unsuspect if the ones he suspected paid 2k + if u also check the armor on Mr_Lee ,Simon_Rodriguez also Beat the poor man while he was /GU then after he blackmailed Mr_lee he just left him there when Mr_Lee was unable to move since he had done a /GU.

So as u will see in the third picture he spesific tells the man to pay 2k then he will remove the star.

From what I can see, the man did not seem armed and wasn't running either. As well as this, I can see that the officer was attempting to get a bribe and this will not be tolerated.

Please ensure the officer has been informed that they have been reported and we will proceed from there.

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

The man Mr_Lee didn't or couldn't run as he had done /GU rigth after he got /SU'ed and asked for an  investigation.

I will inform the officer.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 28th of February, 2013, at 2120 HOURS a report was submitted by Johnny Wu as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the following SAPD command staff members:
- Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Mr_Lee seemed to have wanted an investigation and from the reporters statement, had surrendered already and did not seem to be in possession of a weapon (none visible). However, the officer was more preoccupied with extorting the suspect for money, perhaps even attempt to bypass the jailing system to do so.

-- In conclusion, officer Simon_Rodriguez will be suspended for 4 days

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me via an ARPD Forum PM and I will reopen the case if your argument is valid enough. - DC Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould
