Title: [ARPD Report] Monster.. & Simon_Rodriguez

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Simon Rodriguez and Monster. - When I came on weedfield near Ocean Flats in San Fierro, I saw two ARPD Officers making weed. They know that it is illegal, and they agree.

Basing on the screenshots shown here, ARPD Officer Monster claims he didn't knew about this, which we cannot disclaim.
So therfore with the guiltness of this report, the highest possible punishment is warning.

They will both be warned, that if they are spotted to repeat this action while on duty, they will be copbanned.
