Title: [ARPD Report] on Jason_Scotto

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: Jason_Scotto

1. Officer Name - The officer violating was Jason Scotto. We proceeded to chase a suspect, Lazee_Scotto and his friend Vector_Scotto.
Once we got to them, they proceeded to evade. Vector ended up being killed, but Lazee managed to escape and surrender when Jason_Scotto picked him up
as a cop. We followed him, considering he only gave up when Jason_Scotto picked him up. Then I noticed he only jailed him for 15 seconds.

As a witness to this report, it is clear to me that the officer (Jason) had intentions of lowering the suspects jail time, as he was a 'family member'. This is corrupt, and immoral.

Okay, at first, i jailed him for 15 seconds, because it wasn't a bad crime, if it was like killing someone, it would be higher.
Second, i can say what i want, but will get punished anyway, since you + your friend cops, work against me, i'm on my own + almost all admins believe higher cops, because almost all higher cops = admins = a lose for the one getting reported.
It's just that simply.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the January the 1st  2013, at 19:00 HOURS a report was submitted by KaylinBlaze as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer was accused of using family relationships to influence jail sentencing times
-- Accused of corruption from the reporter

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Jason_Scotto will be issued a 1 hour suspension from his duties for purposely shortening jail times due to a family relationship. Whilst the Officer claims the "it wasn't a bad crime", no crime is a good crime and jail times should not have an impact when in regards to personal connections and/or conflicts.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
