I grew up with my brother, Jim River, but our parents got divorced and Jim went to my father, i left to my mother. I was very sad that Jim left me alone with my mother. She was nurse in the hospital. She had a lot of calls in the midnight and she was leaving me alone. When i was 13, i heard Jim had a incident with 2 robbers. He was alright and i was thinking if i was a police officer and played that game with my friends. After weeks, i asked my brother Jim to trade his toys and he agreed. After a year, at the midnight, my mother got called again in the hospital and left me alone. She had bought a tazer and hided it under her bed. At the midnight i heard some noise and deep voices in front of the door. I was very scared and called the police. After some minutes they broke the window and entered inside. The police still didnt arrived, so i grab mum's tazer pressed the button ''ON''. I hided behind the door and waited them to open the door. When they opened, i heard sirens and tazed the one robber. The other tried to escape but got tackled down by the one of the officers. The officers gave me award for bravery. My mum was proud of me. When i called to Jim what happend, he was very happy of me and said he is interested to join the police when he is young enough. After some years, after we completed thes school, went to the Police College. After some other years, both of us passed and went to LAPD office to see for information. My brother said that when he went there, there wasnt a spot for new recruits. So strange, but i had the same situations. I moved to San Andreas State and met Jim there. We started working together in ARPD and trying to archive our goals for higher ranks.

I met with Garry and we started patrol together. Later met Mario and we had C30 and code purple at idlewood. We had a lot of C30 there, Ballas was on their fate, but we got them. After 1 hour we met with Jimbo and started patrol. We had C30A again with the ballas but we got them down. No one of them surrendered. We had C30 with Gstar, we got them with back up, there we was with Padres. I were air unit with Jimbo and we got 2-3 suspects. My duty was long and i dont remember everything.

I started my duty at LSPD and went to idlewood cause there was some suspects. When i arrived, they started shooting at one officer and i used lethal force to get the suspects down. They were around 3 or 4. I went to a training. The training was for penetrate shooting and some good tips and tactics. When we finished the training, I started patroll with Padres, we've got a buffalo and used the nickname ''HPU-2''. So, there was needed backup at Glen Park for suspect on the roof. I went to a good snipe position and sniped down the fulll armor of the suspect, then i was called by FBI to come LSPD with Code 2. There we went to FBI office and i went off duty there.

I started in organize patrol with Microstar and David Cooper. We had some patrol around San Fierro. Later, we had traffic stop blockade, SF Tunnel. We've got dismissed and I met with Peter for a while. We had a pursuit with a white infernus. We got him at mordor, he went in the trap. I met with Padres later and we had drug patrol. We got one guy named Lian Li and we got his heroin. I finished my patrol at EQPD.

Operation Summary:
Organised Patrol withing San Fierro PD juristriction area. Meetup at SFPD HQ to debrief the units. After ten participants metup we started the introduction.
We explained the basics about the patrol and started the patrol, with three patrol cars and one airunit. We were ready to move out. We managed to cover the whole juristriction fine.
Under the period we had the SFPD patrols there were conducted several chases and traffic stops. Ensuring safety of San Fierro, we metup again at SFPD HQ for another brief.
We did a traffic checkpoint, and split up the team. One team with Dario as leader in Bayside Grant Bridge, and one team with me at SF tunel. We managed to cover several cars ensuring non
toleranse towards narcotics that might flow into the city. After the traffic checkpoint the units returned to duty.
Conclusion & Information:

I've started my duty alone. There were multiple suspects at idlewood and glen park. We used Lethal Force cause they started shooting us. It was C30 and turned at C3. So, when i arrived at Glen Park, there was C30 again with one of Gstar. He was at low health but killed the other officer. I switched my M4 and used Lethal Force to get him down. So, i met with Peter and we patrolled together. We had some suspects with NRG and inferuns but we got them down. So, later i patrolled with Padres and we arrested much suspects. Later Padres had to go, i joined LSPD channel and met with Max Adams. We patrolled a little cause he went afk. I countinued my patrol alone. I've went to C30 at montogmery and there were multiple suspects on the roofs, i switched my sniper riffle and shot 3 of them down, the other tried to escape, i shot another down with my M4 riffle, but the other two escaped with a boat. I went at LSPD and logged out.

I've started patrolling in Los Santos. We had multiple C30 with Gstars, like 4 times. At first, i used my sniper and got down the armors of few Gstar so i finished them with my combat shotgun. There was possible code purple in idlewood-commerce by Wakefields. So, there were C30 again at idlewood and multiple shots fired. That repeated around 3 times. I went in a pursuit but i got killed. I went back at LSPD and went off duty.

So, i met with Officer Kennedy and we started patrolling together. At start, we pullovered a reckless driving citizen and we ticketed him with 200$, he destroyed 1 lamp and one tree. So, we had some hot pursuits with him and took down around 6 suspects. I started AU-1 and we started Drug patrol. He was ground unit, me air unit. We've got one orderer and we got 25 grams heroin of him, he got arrested in the cell for 18 years (180 seconds). We gave the heroin in evidance bag to Andrew Mason. I've went with Mike Kennedy in cruiser after a pursuit with HSV (high speed vehicle). So, we countinued in a pursuit in East Los Santos, after a purple vehicle, we used LTF with other officers and got him down. I went to LSPD and 10-7. After some hours i came back and started patrolling alone. I had some suspects down at SF and LS. Later i met with Andrew Mason and i started patrolling with him. We had a suspect at the train tunnel and we blocked with the car the other side of it. We reloaded our M4 and shot at the suspects car, no one of them surrendered. We had a call in LS but when we arrived was C4 so we 10-19 SFPD. I went to get a cruiser and had phone call by a FBI Agent. I met with him in SF FBI HQ. I had a talk with him and i was WARNED for acting unprofessional. I 10-7 there.

Operation Summary:
The operation started in the LSPD Garage, where the attending units were briefed about its main aims. Communications were kept active both in the CB channel and on the police radio, on which all our movements were reported. After equipping the officers with 220 bullets of SMG and armour, the teams were set up ready to roll, each with a callsign and an officer taking the radio communications.

We split up to set up the first Traffic Checkpoint (LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3) at Idlewood and the second Checkpoint at Rodeo, under the bridge which separates Los Santos from the county side. All the civilians were warned of the presence of the two checkpoints through different advertisements. The controls on the cars interested their Passport and License, Vehicle and Body frisks and questioning of suspicious individuals who were at that point stopped.
During the routine checks on the traffic violators and among the numerous cars stopped, only few of them tried to evade the checkpoint, but they were eventually arrested with the cooperation of other units on duty and HSP backing us up.
Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The operation was overall a success, everyone involved respected his role and abided his assignments. I think that nobody was let down by the situation we succeeded to create.

I've patrolled alone for while. I had multiple suspects down. After a while i met with JamesHetfield and we started SFPD-AU. We patrolled around the heroin spots in SF but we had a call. There was a beagle on fire and citizen inside it. We reacted fastly, i grab out one fire extinguisher and JamesHetfield grabs a chainsaw from his cousin that lives near. He opened the door while i was extinguish the fire near the door, he grabbed out the citizen and got him in safe location. The citizen was bleeding. The officer gave him first aid and went to the hospital with the helicopter. I grabbed the one cruiser and 10-19 LSPD, switched to a LSPD Bike and started patrolling around. We had a suspects with infernus and a guy impersonating FBI. I countinued at LSPD and 10-7.

I met Padres and we teammed up and started traffic patrol. We stopped few citizens and we had one immigrant. We were at LS-LV highway, looking for wrong rampers. After some time i met with Jimbo and we had a 207 and 210 at LS Bank. We took sniper positions and waited. After 15 minutes, we changed our positions. We got dissmised and we went to SF bank. There were 4 kidnappers and robbers. We went in pursuit and they were arrested. At the time the robbers from LS bank tried to escape, we responded and took some of them down. Only 3 or 4 suspect evaded, but later they were arrested.

I started in LS organize patrol as LSPD-5 with my partner Falso. We had some civilians, peeing in public and some C30. We patrolled around and we were called to respond 207 in EQ. Before respond, we met with Pazienza. When we arrived we stack on the door and breached. The hostage was alive and the suspect arrested and transported by FBI car, SAPD Van and us. We arrived at the mordor and i had to go. Later i met Jimbo and Mario, we patrolled around San Andreas. We had very much suspects and we also had orderer. We searched him. We took 25 grams of heroin and put them in evidance bag. We had a big patrol around San Andreas.

1.) Units were divided in 4 patrol vehicles and were meant to cover our patrolling area which was: BC/TR/LV and Bayside. They kept an eye on heroin orderers in their areas, traffic law evaders and were assigned to stop the crimes and crysis in the city.

I were patrolling alone and had multiple suspects and arrests. After some time i joined LVPD Organize Patrol. My partner was JamesHeatfield. We had shootout and heroin orderer. The organize was small so i countinued later again in C30 at Big Ear. The suspect escaped with a stuntplane. So i had a patrol alone later at LS. Sometime Def Perry was kidnapped by a balla. FBI got the hostage and saved him. I were killed by the kidnapper.

Incident log:As SFPD Arrived to the HUGE Scene at the SF Bank, located on Esplande East, we blocked the entrance and waited until more backup arrived. FBI Arrived scene and started to negotiate, SWAT Arrived and they made a line on the door. Once 1 FBI Agent entered and saw all the suspects he gave clearance to the SWAT Enter the building. SWAT, FBI And few SAPD Officer Entered to the building. The shootout started and couple of suspects exited the bank from the back entrance (that was guarded and they got killed) After the huge shootout, no any officer was killed, but some were several injured.

I started patrolling with Mario. We had C30 at SFAP and we responded. They took us down cause we fell in the water. I started patrol alone and took down some suspects at idlewood. I met with Daniel Ocean and we patrolled for a while around SF. We had one orderer, FBI was there also. We have called by Andrew Mason to respond SFPD for a training for an event. We did great at the training and after some minutes we headed to Verona Beach Pier. There was beatiful roadblocks by ARA team. We just blocked with our car and was ready for the big wave of civilians. Around 1 hour i was frisking people NON stop. They was leaving, coming again. I was at the second checkpoint but later i went to the first cause many tresspassers entered but LTF was used. After we finished, we 10-19 SFPD and i left the game.

So, i started alone, patrolled for a small length alone. Met Mark and we started patrolling together. We checked the heroin spots and patrolled around the streets. He went 10-7 so i countinued alone at C30b. When i arrived there was back up alraedy and we stack on door. The other units breached, i waited outside with spray. They used lethal foce and the situation was C4. I met with Jason Bridges later for HSP ridealong. I wasnt at good form. We patrolled at LV and we had few suspects at LS and Bone County. I had to have dinner. When i came back we finished and dissmised at Montogmery.

Alone with a cruiser at the TS with SFPD. I was patrolling and assisting with back up. We had very well communicated each other and arrested/killed many suspects. We had C30's and barricaded suspects. We used lethal force. I met with Steven and Max, i got them from the river. We patrolled around. Max had to go so i went with Steven. We pulloevered one citizen for speeding and reckless driving. We frisked the car and the citizen, we asked for it and he accepted. Nothing illegal was found. We countinued at C30 idlewood. Before we arrive the suspects was down. We pulloevered other guy, but he was a TP hacker. So, he had to go. I countinued patrolling alone and went in a investigation cause the suspect was left there. The suspector wasn't ig and the suspect haven't tried to evade (( Saw how he was /sued and he /gued )). So he was unsuspect for lack of evidances. I went to some suspects and took them down. I was with Padres and Clark when a suspect appeared. We went on pursuit on foot and took them down. Padres was injured and we gave him first aid. A Medic came and got him on Hospital. I met with Clone and we started patrolling. We pull overed a guy and checked him. He had a bomb and threated us. I reported in radio and started negotiate with him. He said his demands was to have at LSAP helicopter or plane. I took a few steps to him, risking my life while Andrew was aiming at his head. I tackled him down and tazed him. We found a map of the bombs, they were 6. I detonated most of them and SAPD helped. The situation went C4 and the suspect arrested.

Operation Summary:
We have started the operation at Dillimore Police Departament. At the beggining of the operation we have gathered 6 officers. All of them seemed enthusiastic and dedicated. We have boarded our cruisers and moved out. There were four squad cars established - LSPD-Traffic 1, LSPD-Traffic 2, LSPD-Traffic 3, LSPD-Traffic 4. Those squad cars looked after traffic in the LS-LV Highway, East Beach Highway, Market Strip, Santa Marina Beach. Operation took a while , but then a restart happened.
We have gathered to LSPD after the restart. There were some strangers passing by LSPD Garage at the time, and they have decided to join our patrol. There were 12 of us now.
We have made four biker units, which were supposed to respond to backup calls from the traffic enforcement units and globally enforce the traffic in LS. Biker units consisted of LSPD Officer Max_Adams, ARPD Officer Padres_Rosso, ARPD Officer [ADF]Alex_Brooks, [MA]Clark_Collin.
Also we had three traffic enforcement units, LSPD-T1, LSPD-T2 and LSPD-T3. They have consisted of ARPD Officers: Mr.Leonardo_Luciano, Carlo_Toreno, James_River, Mario., Jimbo, David_Cooper
We established a high speed traffic enforcement unit as well, it patrolled the highways and responded to backup calls. It consisted of ARPD Officers : Spencer_FanucciT, [WS]Kenta

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
We had a lot of units, which seemed to be quick. We have pulled over quite a number of traffic violators and assisted multiple C30's. However, officers showed immature attitude, lack of communications and unability to stay calm. They kept screaming and yelling over each other, trolling, chit-chatting and in some cases even went to flaming. But overall, the operation was a success

I've patrolled with Mario around the area. We had 207 RED and we moved out. It was in LV. We killed the suspects and the hostage was down from friendly fire. I countinued alone with HSU-1. I met later Jimbo and we patrolled together. We had a Organized Checkpoint patrol. We met in DPD but we had to go at LSPD Garage. I was my partner (forgot name) and we was at East Beach. No activity. Server restarted and i was with Jimbo later. We was in Market and Santa Marina. Somehow, we had another change. I was with David Cooper. We patrolled and some time we had dissmised. I was with Mario and patrolling at HSU. We had suspects at Idlewood and we took them down. I had called to go HPU. I was HPU-Charlie with Pazienza. We patrolled together and we had pursuits. I've patrolled with Mario as HSU but our car flipped out and exploded, we decided to go and patrol with other officers. We had a lot of suspects. I met with Denzel. We patrolled together and we had some responds. There wasnt' big activty at Los Santos. Later we had a motorbike organization patrol. We met with Max Adams and other officers in DPD. We went in C30 and 207. We had a enjoyable time. But i grabbed a cruiser and went patrol in LS. I had a time with Jimbo as HSU also. We patrolled around and had many suspects. He had to leave. So i was with Mario and we was after suspects that we pitted and shot them down with Lethal Force. We had many suspects this day. I was with Tutti later and we had a 911 call at some houses in Mulholland. We didn't found anything. We had other 911 call at the docks at LSAP. We've got 2 suspects and 2 innocent killed by the suspects. We had another 911 call about robbery. We arrived and we had 2 gang members, vagos. We talked with them and the citizen who called us. We checked the firearm and the evidances got us to the citizen that he threated their life with SMG. We got them in jail. I went 10-7 at LSPD.

Detailed report:
At around 18:10 CET, we broke into 3 cars, each with 2 officers inside.
-SFPD-1 : Dimos_Travolta and [ADF]Travis. (North - Queens - Battery Point)
-SFPD-2 : Alex_Brooks and Dark. (South - Kings - Foster Valley)
-SFPD-3 : James_River. and Loris. (County areas - Whetstone - Flint County)
After about 10-15 minutes of patrols, which was quiet, the southern unit called a 10-66 at Doherty. Northern unit was called to respond, when we got there, the suspect was away from the order spot, though was walking away from it. We began to frisk him when he started struggling. I sprayed him and then he ran. He was gunned down via deagle, inside the building before he could escape. We then claimed the heroin as LOST and began our patrol again.
The second incident was a traffic stop at queens, in which south and north units responded to. The suspect was in a brown infernus. He "RP" turned the engine off, so he could escape afterwards, though we caught it, and he tried to evade. We followed him to Gant bridge, then we called for HSP and LVPD assistance. Later, about 2 minutes, he was crossing Garver bridge. We went fot him, though he made it to Bone county after we got visual. He later escaped.
The final situation was a 207 call by an officer. The situation had stopped at Angel Pine, which is when I ordered all units to responed there. When we arrived there, it seemed C4, though there were a lot of officers there. When the officer denied the kidnapping, it seemed that we had no job to do there. So we left, but later was called as a confirmed 207. By this time, we were already de-briefing. After the de-brief officers split up and went to the 207.
In between all of these incidents, we continued our patrols.

So, i patrolled alone at the start. Max joined the game and asked me for bike patrol. So there was bc.; Max Adams; Thomas_C; Jimbo; and me. We had many pull overs and we had many pursuits. I enjoyed that. Max had to go but we countinued. Thomas C have to go later so we dismissed. I went with Jimbo as HSU-1 and we patrolled around. We had pursuits with infernus and bullets. Mario wanted to patrol with us. So we took a cruiser and started patrolling around Los Santos with the tag LSPD-2. We had barricaded suspects 2 times. The suspects was down with LTF used. We dismissed. Both of them had to go. I patrolled with Padres and Mike for a while and we had 10-66 at Jefferson. 4-5 citizens, we thaught they may do drug deal. Cause most of them was gangsters and the other was a suited man. Shots was fired by a unknown sniper. One of our units was injured. We went at the Jefferson Hospital and we left them there. I went to a SFPD OP. I was with Loris as SFPD-3 and patrolled at the County. A citizen shot our car so we suspected him and arrested at SFPD. I was provoked by one of the SFPD officers so i left them. I met with Mario again later. So we patrolled with him as HSU-1. We had responds in pursuits. We had a 207 RED at Angel Pine. So we responded there. Some of them said its C4 so we turne back, when someone said need more units. We went there and met with Jimbo and Padres. We just arrived at LSPD and Jimbo and Padres was called for sessions. I was called for HSP thingy by Rusty. After i finished, we had report of 207 RED and 211 RED. So, i took cover and aimed at the door. FBI choosed Padres to make the breaching team. Padres said me to go and aim with spray at the door. After 10-15 minutes, they said its C4. The hostage was dead. So, me and Rusty transported the robbers and kidnappers to the mordor. When we was free and went back to LV, there was a gap at the highway to mordor. We fell down and started swimming. We saw many sharks but a helicopter came and rescued us. Only Paul Hernandez was left at the ocean, but someone rescued him.

He crashed and didn't back. I met with Tritan Osmani, we patrolled at LS as LSPD-2. We patrolled for not long. Later i met with Mario and we patrolled in a cruiser. We was in LS. And later we met Jimbo. We patrolled together but they switched to other partners and i met with Gary Augostino. We had many suspects down and arrested. We respnded to a 207/211 RED. We took cover behind the cruisers and we waited for the suspects. The operation was success.

Detailed report:
We started off on the right foot, after a thorough discussion at the briefing. I made sure all officers knew proper procedures and regulations, along with radio work. I split us into three ground units and one air unit. The following were the units:
SFPD-1 : James and Travis(Northern City)
SFPD-2 : Dylan and Callum(Southern city)
SFPD-3 : Loris and Clifton
SFPD-AU : Francis
After about 10 minutes, we had a suspect reported as in SF. I sent SFPD-2 to go after him, in hope he would go South into whetstone/Flint county area. He failed to do as I had anticipated, and went into LV jurisdiction. Then I order the units to pull off as LV units continued the chase. We continued the patrol with normal mindsets. Soon SFPD-2 had caught a wreckless driver in hashbury. SFPD-1 had arrived for assistance on the scene, when he was suspected for non-complying. I asked the suspect to step out, so we could sort this out, as he was complying fairly well at the time. I had him unsuspected and I issued him a warning and apologized for the inconvenience. We then again carried on, as I spoke with the suspecting officer. He understood what went wrong, and will not be pointed out in this report. He later made up for it when we had a suspect evading after a heroin order. The chance that we caught an infernus was slim, but with a great team and fantastic communication, we were able to down the infernus by DBing. The suspect chose to try to run, instead of surrendering. We then gunned him down in Garcia/queens. Thus another job well done. A bit after this, a call was made to SFPD to pick up a suspect at SFAP, so we went and picked him up, no problems done. He was jailed then we returned C14. Awhile after that, SFPD-1 caught an eye on a suspect in downtown. The suspect was in a sultan, though with a great passenger (Callum at this time) he was able to nock out a tire. Thus letting me get close and PIT him once. The chase brought SFPD-3 to the scene, and we met at SFAP. We went under the runway, where the suspects car hit a pole and blew up. A gunfight erupted there, where an officer was downed, as was the suspect. Only about 5 minutes after this event, I called the patrol to an end and ordered every unit 10-19 to SFPD.

We patrolled at North SF. We was cheking the heroin spots at Palisades and Bayside. After some pursuits and traffic stops i left and patrolled alone. After some time there was LSPD OP. I was with Max Adams as LSPD-3. We was patrolling around the highways, county and temple. We had many pursuits with Soprano's. After Def left, Max Adams came in charge so we moved to LSPD-1. After some traffic stops we had new pursuit with NRG. The suspects fell in the water. So after other pursuits we had a 207 RED at the Svenssons Farms. We took positions and cover. We moved away cause order came but the hostage was begin stabbed with a knife. An officer went to save the hostage. I think he did good but after all the hostage was dead cause he was slowed down. I think his copban is not fair. We dissmised at LSPD garage.

Leuteinant Perry had to go soon though, so i (Max_Adams) was in charge of the operation now. We have responded to a multiple c30's, had a lot of chases that led even to Bone County, shootouts. The patrol ended with a 207 in Svensson farm. One of the participants , Alan_Demarest, took initiative by storming in and killing the kidnappers. The hostage was secured, however, the officer resulted being copbanned, which i find unjustful. The operation ended after the 207.

Patrolled alone, had some suspect arrested. Was dangerous patrol. There was LSPD OP. I joined and i was choosed to be LSPD-Charlie with Padres Rosso and Def Perry. We had some pursuits and traffic spots. It wasnt long patrol so when we dissmised i was patrolling with Miller. We had 2 pursuits with dangerous suspects. We met iPad later and we turned to LSPD-2. We had a patrol with a x2 C30 and one barricaded suspect but i was alone there. We finished when iPad shot a car and killed me in a explosion.

I started patrol alone when i take down one suspect at idlewood. I asked Ghost if he want to join me and we met at Dillimore. We had a barricaded suspect at East Los Santos, it was a female. We've got her in custody and arrested her for 7 years and 5 months (75 seconds). She was recorded for murder. We patrolled around at idlewood when we had a pullover. We checked the guy and he had valid registrations. We founded a trucker that was recorded for reckless driving. We got him in custody and gave him investigation. He was unsuspected with a warning and money paid to the suspecting officer cause of the car demages. We went after some suspects when we had a shootout at Market. The suspect was down successfuly. We had another suspects enroute so we took him down. I went 10-7 after some time.

[color=blackI patrolled as ARPD-1 with Groopy and we had 2 traffic stops. The civilians were warned cause driving recklessly. We had 1 evader but he surrendered. After all i patrolled with Mario and we jailed one suspect but he had to go off. I met with Jimbo and we patrolled around with buffalo as HSU-1. We was in one or two hot pursuits, there was a Code 30 at Ocean Docks, was full of suspects, but we got down all of them by lethal force. So I was in a training with Rusty, he teached us some basics about SAPD. There was reported 207 at Willowfield by Luciano's. We went there and we made a roadblock with Jason Bridge. It was about to turn in DM fest but all got fixed. So LSPD and LVPD was doing very well and disarmed all suspects and rescued hostage. I patrolled with Jimbo for a while.

Incident log: To day i was on SFPD when I received a call of 911 for some bombs in front on the san fierro city hall. Me and others SFPD units we headed on the city hall, once we arrived at the scene the situation was serious. I ordered everyone to fall back and wait for the 'arrival of the FBI or swat. The FBI was the first to arrive on the scene and the SWAT soon after and the air division close the air space near the cityhall. SWAT Scouts were ready to kill the criminals, In fact, after a few minutes they killed the suspects. Immediately after the swat and fbi they runs to the bombs for defuse them, have succeeded in defusing 3 bombs on 4, oneexploded and kills two officers and causing several injuries. The area after 20 minutes it was finally safe.

I started patrolling with Padres and we had few traffic stops. Much of them evaded but there was used lethal force, some of them surrendered. So there was called 207 and we went on the scene. Nexxt was a hostage and the SWAT made very good tactic. They got behind and in front with snipers and aimed at them. I helped them also with my sniper, so at a time they all shot them down for 2 or 3 seconds. It was very nice tactic and Nexxt was rescued. We went in a C30, there wasnt that much suspect, so it was on level ''c''. They was down by lethal force. So, Padres and Rusty made a organizaded patrol, i joined it. I was LSPD-3 with Eric. We patrolled together and we had a C30. We just responded and it was C4. So we returned to patrol.Dolfa but Eric left. We was in the ammunation when we pullovered a reckless guy, motorbike - Scotto. So, they was heavy armed and the one of them was walking behind us, we thought he gonna knife us. After minutes, he paid the ticket. We returned to patrol. We had C30 at SFAP. Me and Dolfa was almost died but 3 LSPD cars came out of nowhere and assisted us. The suspects was down. We returned back in the garage and finished the OP.

I went to snake farm for a barricaded suspect. Plam Knight choosed the fire-team so I used the spray outside. One suspect exited the building and died, after some seconds the fire-team exited and the suspects was down. I went in Dolfa's cruiser, asking him to patrol, he accepted. So we went to patrol under the callsign LSPD-1. We had C30 at idlewood but there wasnt that much suspects. We took them down. Before that we had reported 207 in call 911. We checked it, but we saw everything was good and returned to patrol. We had another C30 in idlewood again and all of them was down by lethal force. I had to go off.

He exited the vehicle when 3 police cars came and rammed him. He was down by lethal force. We had a few pursuits but when we arrive the suspects was down already. We was 10-6 for a while cause we had to check something in Angel Pine, after 3 minutes we went 10-8 in LS. We had a little patrol there and we went 10-7.

Detailed report:
Today I've started to organize a patrol at the San Fierro Police Department.
I've called trough the police radio all the officers that were able to attend in it.
After some minutes, all the units were lined at the SFPD Parking Wall, were we usually use to line up. Then we started.
I've welcomed them all at the San Fierro Police Department, telling them some Local PD Rules, the most importants and explained them the local PD map system that we use. Next, I've split them into units.
We were in 15 Officers, so we went trough five Patrol cars and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).
I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.

- - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Kelvin Argonath and Dark - North of San Fierro
- - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers James River and Leon Arallian - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-4 :: ARPD Officers Mac Oflagan and LlanaLuthor - North of San Fierro
- - SFPD-5 :: ARPD Officers Patrick John and KelvinC - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-6 :: SAPD Cadet Jimbo and ARPD Officer Savior Kowalski - Rancher in the County Side
At the beginning those were the units that started to patrol San Fierro after that I've used to explain them how to use properly a radio and who should do that.
After all the units reported trough the radio their status, we used to stop at Bayside for the ammunation.
We use to stop there avoiding the one in Queens, owned by the Gvardia Family. Due to their usage of money, we try to don't give them a found.
After we officially started the patrol, every unit took place in the sides that were assigned.
The SFPD-6, county side, due to his Rancher, was permitted to go around the offroads checking that everything was all right.
In like 10 minutes, also SFPD Officer Loris, Alex Brooks, Impulsion joined to the patrol and with them ARPD Officer Mario Williams.
They were split in other units. We got like three people per car and was much useful to keep the situation under control without any issue.
In some minutes, the whole SFPD focused on two suspects at San Fierro.
We got at least three units going for them and the SFPD-6 joined to assist us from the county side (For example locking the road)
In the same time, another suspect spotted from Foster Valley, due to this we splitter between those suspects and, due to the bad handling of a car, three units feel off from the Easter Bay Airport to the water.
The mission failed due to this but, thanks to the others three units, the situation was handled pretty good even if the suspect left and escaped from the Easter Bay Airport with an heavily damaged Dodo.
Meanwhile, the three police cars that feel off, took some states cars to get to the SFPD getting other vehicles.
While this three units went off from the SFPD, LVPD warned us about a suspect that was entering the jurisdiction from Bayside so, SFPD-1 and SFPD-2, handled a perfect roadblock with the assistance of another SFPD unit.
The situation went Code 4 and we kept patrolling for other fifteen minutes but switching the positions assigned (from the South to the North and vice versa).
After that, every unit was recalled to report to the SFPD and all of them were thank for their job and for their assistance that given to the SFPD that day.
A short de briefing was given and I hope only that everyone enjoyed the patrol and was useful for someone too.

Operation Summary:
The organized patrol started with a short briefing at the garage, we received a good response from Officers willing to join. After making up the teams, we reported on duty with the call signs LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3, LSPD-4, LSPD-5 and LSPD-Air. We headed to ammunation and provided the officers with armor and smg, and went patrolling the streets, responding to backup requests and different situations. We kept updating both on TS and on the radio. Around 5 suspects were taken down, and 10 tickets issued
All the officers did good, though sometimes radio communication could've been better.

I met with Mario at the LSPD and we started patrolling. We had a shootout at market, the suspects was down with LF. We had one pursuit with infernus. We went on the train bridge when we tricked the suspect and his car exploded. We jailed him at LVPD. We responded to Vinewood cause there was 207. At the way we had a little shootout with one suspect, but he was down with LF. We arrived at the 207 but units already breached so we took cover and waited at the entrance. 207 turned in C4, we reported 10-7.

Detailed describtion of training:
Training was about how you have to deal with emergency situations. Fire mission was taken as an example, location was Greem Palms (Oil factory) at Bone County. I've seen units in interest being interested in P.I.T, shooting trainings. I wanted to do something different and related to roleplay was so this training was my option. Everyone was thought about the priorities such as civilian security, securing the perimeter e.t.c was explained in detail. This training proved that the cop duty is not limited to carrying guns, killing and arresting suspect. It is about your imagination and one of the examples were present infront of them.
Conclusion of training:
I guess everyone understood what I told them and they delivered great amount of communcation and discipline.

1.) Many of the officers left in between or even before starting the training so I was a bit disappointed seeing that.

Summary:Today our focus was towards the traffic stop(the wrong rampers and the speeder)and the Heroin spot,I was leading the OP and divide them as into 3 units.[WS]PulseEffect was called as LVPD Bike-1 and was assinged to patrol all around the LV,Mark and James,were assinged to patrol near the Highways,and me and Loiuse were check the heroin spot time by time.But in the between the OP we got a Code 3 at Soprano's HQ,and we all responce there.And when the code 3 was changed to Code 4,TeaM Hamza joined the game and called all the Unit to 10-19 to LVPD,and there out patrol ends.

The training was held at Downtown, San Fierro. First of all, the leader gave the officers some lessons of how to work on a traffic stop while you are on-duty. Then they were all tested.

I started as SFPD-1 with Dario Cipone. We responded to 2 Gvardia members, the pursuit countinued at Bay Side. There we started shootout. My partner Dario Cipone fell down and went to hospital (died). He was recovered after the shootout, for good sake the suspects died. I met up with Mike Kennedy and we started patrolling under the call sign SFPD-2. We had a pursuits after 3 suspects that was down. 2 of them was killed and the other one got the infernus and balieved that he escaped. After a high pursuit, we got the third suspect. We had another one but the suspect escaped somewhere in Whetstone. Later the day, I was alone and there was reported C10 RED. I responded. There was ADF, FBI, SAPD and ARPD. I was the officer in the Sky Bar. They cutted 2 wires and nothing happens. After a time, there left some seconds and some of us was heavily demaged. I had a big pains and know i am recovered and writting this case.

I started patrolling as LSPD-1 with Mario and Jimbo. I was the driver so we went to check the Heroin Spot at ELS. There was citizen near it and we pulloevered him then frisked him. Sadly the citizen was clear so we had to leave him go. We've patrolled around when Def called Mario Williams. Padres Rosso came in Mario's place and we countinued patrolling around Los Santos. We had a pursuit of a sandking when the suspect surrendered and was C4. We returned to patrol when someone called Padres Rosso and said there is a bomb at LSPD. We reported C10 RED and made a roadblock at Pershing Square. There was enough units - SAPD and ARPD only. The both terrorists was arrested and sent to jail, the bomb was found, it wasnt with time. All went C14 and we met up with Mario Williams and Jimbo again. We started to patrol and we had some little pursuits. I met with Def and Rusty, started foot patrol. It wasn't that big, it was for 10 minutes. There was reported a barricaded suspect at idlewood hotel. I arrived there and took cover, aimed with my shotgun. The suspects were neutralized by the breach time and went C4. I went to patrol alone and arrested 2 suspects. After it i met 2 Perry's and Scarface. We went to patrol together. I teached them some basics and i went off later.

Operation Summary: Before beginning our organized patrol, I make a call on the radio for any officers wishing to participate, we organize in LSPD, and head out to get armored. After being armored we meet up at the lot near Pizza Stack, in Idlewood. There we create the teams, and set out patrolling locations and stations. Officer Padres, James and I formed LSPD-A1 and we were going to be stationed at Verona Beach, and patrol all of West LS. LSPD-A2 would consist of Okita, and Lamark, which would cover East LS, and be stationed at that particular lot. LSPD-A3 would be Erik, Def, and Monte. Other units, would later join our patrol, but only for a certain situation which would be explained later. After we were set up, we went to our locations. At that time, it seemed like our presence all around high-crime areas in Los Santos prevented major crimes from occuring, and we weren't called out for any situation for a while. After about twenty minutes into the patrol, we get out first major call which occurred on Commerce, near Market of an armed suspects shooting at an officer. By the time we arrived, the same officer neutralized the suspect, leaving the situation code 4. We then head back to our stations, and station for a while without no major call. We then decide to patrol South of LS, since that area was not being patrolled on, we then turn back to East, LS, and that's when we spot a civilian reckless driving and speeding down Ganton St, and jumping into Idlewood. When we attempted to pull him over he evaded to Jefferson, we commenced a pursuit. In that same exact time, LSPD-A2 units called in for backup, near the same location we were heading, of a pursuit, that had ended, but a foot pursuit begun. Since our priority was to help our fellow officers, we went to their location, and left our pursuit which we would later, go back too. When we arrive, we had to chase the suspect on foot, all officers were on him. After he refuses to stop, we use lethal force, and after two blocks of running, he was soon neutralized after he attempted to escape in a vehicle. Immediately after that foot pursuit, we head on back to our previous NRG-pursuit, we manage to catch up with the suspect at Mullholland intersection, but it he soon disappears (quits). Quickly, after that we noticed LSPD-A3 had not been updating their locations, or came to our backup, and it's because their driver was kidnapped. We then report a 207 RED, and try to catch up with the kidnapper. Air Division was on him, and he was at Las Venturas near JTE. When we arrive, the kidnapper seemed he was not willing to negotiate and wanted to suicide as he was jumping with his vehicle side to side on the cement wall attempting to flip his vehicle. He succesfully did, and our officer died, since we did not get to him in time to rescue him. The kidnapper manage to crawl away from the vehicle, and we arrested him. After taking him into custody, we take him into Mordor with fellow ARPD officer who joined in, and sentenced him for life. We wait their for a while, and finish our patrol there, since LSPD-A3 was dismantled due to our officers unfortunate death. We manage to stop crime in LS, but sadly, tables turned the other way, and something we did not expect occured. Later that day, Los Santos Medical Officer declared the man insane, and was transported to a mental institution.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
To prevent any situations like an officers death, we must keep constant communication and updates in the radio, on how things are going, or how situations look. We must also, quickly respond to any backup calls by any officer as a team, as well as be on the watch of our surroundings to prevent any kidnappings of any officer at any time. Communication, and teamwork is the key to success.

1.) We had a chase that ended up at Tierra Robada. The suspect landed with his car into the water and we arrested him. Thanks to Air-Division for the assistance.
2.) At Julius Thruway East we did a traffic stop. The civilian was driving really reckless and got fined 200$.

Cunclusion of the day:
I've started to patrol with LSPD Officer Padres Rosso. We had a small patrol as duration of 30 minutes and we had few pursuits. The 2 of the suspects was arrested and the third (3) was killed by lethal force. We had reported kidnap and we moved in the situation. It was south of EQPD. We took cover and Jason Bridges equipped LSPD with riffles. Me, Taseen and Tutti rushed from left and the kidnappers went panic. Suddenly the hostage was killed and turned in C30A. We've got all suspects - half of them arrested others down by Lethal Force. I went in LVPD Organization Patrol, it was organized well and we wasn't much. Sergeant Hamza sent us to another 207 in LSCH. Hamza had connection problems. So we arrived at LSCH and got barricaded. There was around 10-15 kidnappers, 5 of them surrendered before it start. The one of the hostage was killed so the other hostage ran towards the exit and we took her in safe. Breaching team stacked up at the door and went inside. After it ARPD/SAPD went in and finished it. 207 turned to C4. I've loaded up with Jimbo and Mario Williams and we started to patrol. We had one pursuit, after 2 NRG. We failed to take them down, so we re-grouped at LSPD and we took HSV (High Speed Vehicles) - 2 bullets 1 infernus. I was with the infernus and Mario Williams was with me. We took down the one of the NRG's and the other almost escaped. We got his tire at Flint Range thanks to Mario Williams. We've 10-19 LSPD and went into cruisers, i was with Tutti and Mario Williams. We had a small patrol - C30c at Las Colinas. One officer was down - around 4 criminals was down by Lethal Force. I've went in LSPD and 10-7.

I don't remember much. So i went 10-8 with Officer Kennedy. We had barricaded suspects. We got down 2 of them but the other one run away. The other units got him. I was downed in friendly fire so we re-grouped at LSPD. I have exited the game for few hours and came back. I was with Padres Rosso. There was reported 207, but we found out that is fake. The 207 have turned in C30A. We had shootout and few officers were downed. I took down almost all criminals. We teamed up with Senior Officer Rosso and we had 1 pursuit with NRG. We catched him down and Marcus called us for shift brief. I was with Padres again and we had many pursuits. I don't remember good but we had many pursuits with NRG's. We had a protest that the rioters was not RPing at all. We had a first wave of fight and removed some rioters. SWAT came and tried to stop the rioters. The negotiating has failed and we beated the rioters. We have shut down the protest. We had pursuits in Bone County but the suspect escaped. I don't remember much.
