Date: Tuesday, March 13th, 2013
Time:
Started - 22:53
Ended - 00:03
Incidents:
- Evader from a traffic stop
- Traffic stops
- Subject suspected for murder escaped from San Fierro with a Boat
- Evader from the checkpoint
Detailed report:
Today, I've used to organize a patrol and a checkpoint with SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX. Used to call all the available units over the Police Radio to meet at SFPD. After all the officers, that came to SFPD to participate, were lined up, a short briefing of the operation that we were going to do was done.
To the all officers was told the importance of the respect between officers and how much is important to show respect with a salute to higher ranks. A trial was done and everyone responded very good.
After this briefing, the officers were assigned to the cars and to every Patrol Car were assigned an area to patrol:After explained all the areas to patrol, I've give instructions to every passenger for the Police Radio and MDC Usage.
- SFPD-PC1 (South): SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX Rosso & ARPD Officer Dimos Travolta
- SFPD-PC2 (Center): ARPD Officer Travis & ARPD Officer Petar
- SFPD-PC3 (North): SFPD Officer Dario Cipone, ARPD Officer Dylan Heartfield & ARPD Officer Lile Heartfield.
Then we started.
SFPD-PC1 used to report over the Police Radio about a traffic stop. The citizen stopped, after some minutes, tried to evade over Flint County. A great work was done and the lethal force was used on him, due to the continuous attempt to escape.
After it, we've got informed through the MDC that a suspect was in Doherty, San Fierro. SFPD-PC3 and SFPD-PC2 responded, but the subject suspected for murder escaped from Easter Basin with a Boat. So, SFPD-PC3, used to change his vehicle and moved with a boat over the suspect. Meanwhile, to the others Patrol Cars, were suggested to patrol San Fierro meanwhile SFPD-PC3 was out. (SFPD-PC1 North and SFPD-PC2 South)
The subject gone after Martin Bridge, the railway between LV and Red County and gone in an unknown area, in the middle of the ocean.
After some minutes, the subject escaped. He got a fast boat and we were unable to stop him. So we went back to the patrol, using the Code 14 over the Police Radio.
After that, other Traffic stops were done. Basically with no problems.
When all the Patrol Cars were free and available, everyone was called to meet at SFPD to build the checkpoint.
Ever Patrol Car, headed to Easter Tunnel, to make a checkpoint to all the citizens that would pass to Flint County or to San Fierro.
Three Patrol Cars were stopped in the middle of the road, in the middle of the Tunnel. Almost all the officers used to signalize the checkpoint and used correctly their words. (/trafanim 1 & /s1)
SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX was called to use an HSP Unit and to give assistance if it was needed.
Four cars and five citizens were checked and one subject evaded the checkpoint. The support of SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX was really useful to stop that citizen. The situation was took under control.
No others incidents happened and everything was done in a correct way.
After that, all the officers were called to report on the SFPD and, after a coordinated salute, everyone was dismissed.

Finishing Notes:
Official radio channel of the SFPD (1885) & TeamSpeak was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every unit responded and communicated clearly. I would like to thank all the officers that participated and, honestly, I felt really good with them today.
Special thanks to SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX for the co-leading and the assistance provided.
Great job today on the field, officer. :donut:Thank you officer Dario ;)
You did well today, Petar, and I was happy to have you as a partner. However, I'd like you to read the use of weapons again. You pulled an M4 at an unarmed suspect. As I already told you, you shouldn't use heavy weapons against an unarmed suspect.Thank you Thomas. And about weapons, it won't happen again, as I remember suspect had armor that's why I shot him, I tought he had weapons
Other than that, good job and keep it up!

Operation Summary:
The operation started in the LSPD Garage, where the attending units were briefed about its main aims. Communications were kept active both in the CB channel and on the police radio, on which all our movements were reported. After equipping the officers with 220 bullets of SMG and armour, the teams were set up ready to roll, each with a callsign and an officer taking the radio communications.

LSPD-2 : Tutti, Petar.
LSPD-3 : Dangerous_Scotto, Robert_Wakefield
LSPD-4 : Miller786, Veronmaksaja
LSPD-5 : TeaM_Pazienza, AcZ
We split up to set up the first Traffic Checkpoint (LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3) at Idlewood and the second Checkpoint at Rodeo, under the bridge which separates Los Santos from the county side. All the civilians were warned of the presence of the two checkpoints through different advertisements. The controls on the cars interested their Passport and License, Vehicle and Body frisks and questioning of suspicious individuals who were at that point stopped.
During the routine checks on the traffic violators and among the numerous cars stopped, only few of them tried to evade the checkpoint, but they were eventually arrested with the cooperation of other units on duty and HSP backing us up.
Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The operation was overall a success, everyone involved respected his role and abided his assignments. I think that nobody was let down by the situation we succeeded to create.

Date: Sunday, March 18th, 2013
Time:
Started - 21:53
Ended - 23:07
Major Incidents:
- C30b at Blueberry.
Detailed report:
Today, I've organized a patrol with fourtteen SAPD/ARPD members. We used to warn all units towards the Police Radio about the organized patrol. When every unit was lined up, a short briefing about the local PD rules was given. Was explained to ask permissions to leave the jurisdiction and that is important to know the C30 level to respond to other jurisdictions backup calls.
After this briefing, the officers were assigned to the cars and, to every Patrol Car, was assigned an area to patrol or something to do.
The areas were assigned with the help of the Guidebook that we can find in the San Fierro Police Department Lobby.
The Patrol Vehicles assigned:
- SFPD-1 (South of SF city): SFPD Officer Dario Cipone & ARPD Officer Loris
- SFPD-2 (County side): ARPD Officer Jimbo & ARPD Officer Martin Bridge
- SFPD-3 (County side): ARPD Officer Nexxt & ARPD Officer Petar
- SFPD-4 (North of SF city): SFPD Cadet Bradley & ARPD Officer Alex
- SFPD-5 (North of SF city): ARPD Officer Mike Syrena & SFPD Officer Ramiro Rosso
- SFPD-6 (South of SF city): ARPD Officer Tritan Osmani & ARPD Officer Dark
- SFPD-Volture (Air backup and assistance): SAPD Captain Andrew Mason
After explained all the areas to patrol, I've give instructions to every passenger for the Police Radio and the MDC Usage.
Then we started.
The patrol was pretty hard to handle due to the lot of officers had, but was successful. I've used to take care about the area patrolled and focused in permissions.
We used to have some problems for drug ordering to the North area of San Fierro, Palisades, but both SFPD-2 and 3, handled that pretty good.
Someone used to don't respect their areas, but nothing so hard to handle was showed.
Patrol was almost quite over the state and when some officers asked to join to the patrol, I've given them permission and changed some teams due to the fact that two officers left.
SFPD Sergeant Mike joined and ARPD Officer Travis, also. Travis joined to the patrol with Petar and Mike joined to the patrol with Dark.
After some minutes of a quite patrol, we used to follow a suspect that was at Flint County. He headed towards LSPD and LSPD units were warned. Meanwhile, SFPD-5, was ordered to stay to the Flint Interesection Bridge to be careful that the suspect would no head back to the SF jurisdiction. Meanwhile SFPD-5 was standing there, a mass of people attacked the unit. Like 8 suspects were there.
SFPD-1, me and Loris, were near there, we used to go towards the subjects but they were shooting to the SFPD Officer Ramiro. We tried to save him but was too much hard that he died.
After that, suspects evaded into Blueberry passing Flint County Gas Station. We used to follow them and while the suspects were standing still in Blueberry acres, we warned them, but they opened fire.
We responded to the fire and two subjects went down. The other vehicle was still trying to move but we opened fire and the vehicle gone off. They were on foot and we followed the suspects. They went near the paintball arena, outside, in Blueberry. They opened fire on our sight and we tried to take care and opened fire too. The subjects went off when almost every SFPD Unit was called to respond to that. Situation went Code 4.

Finishing Notes:
Official radio channel of the SFPD (1885) & TeamSpeak was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every unit responded and communicated clearly. A suggestion for everyone: Follow the local PD rules that every Organized Patrol Leader says.
