Incident log: We had a call for a huge C30 On bayside. I took an air unit and started to visualize the area, as i saw many aiders and suspects i informed that we may need some further backup. There was about 20 citizens on bayside also 2 of them were suspects. We organized an embush on SFPD, we organized our units on 3 cars. 2 PD Cars full of officers and 1 command truck. Also full.
When we arrived the aiders of the suspects (not more citizens) started to shooting at us and it turned into a huge C30. We were taking fire and we took cover. One by one suspects were took down, also the aiders tried to escape by car, but as soon as we saw them going to take it we disabled the car and the suspect was took down. Bayside turned into a war field for like 5 minutes, streets were closed, the citizens were scared inside their houses and we tried to protect them, all the streets was full of dead bodies that the shootout left, also a burning chopper that was taken down. All the aiders were taken down and 1 car with 3 suspects tried to evade by the other side of bayside, we flanked them and they got downed. Situation turned into C4, No Officers injured, no legal citizens injured.

Major Incidents:
- C30 at Bayside.
- Heroin orderer at Palisades.
- 10-80 with an NRG-500.
Detailed report:
Today, Captain Andrew Mason, started a patrol in San Fierro Police Department.
I was not in game, meanwhile, but I've heard what happened and, then, was given to me the lead from the Captain of it.
A short briefing was done then Patrol Cars and Areas were assigned.
The Patrol Vehicles assigned:
- SFPD-1 (North of SF city): SAPD Captain Andrew Mason & SFPD Officer Ramiro Rosso
- SFPD-2 (North of SF city): ARPD Officer Travis & ARPD Officer David Cooper
- SFPD-3 (South of SF city): ARPD Officer Stabika & ARPD Officer Jimbo
- SFPD-4 (South of SF city): ARPD Officer Loris & SFPD Officer George Shock
- SFPD-5 (Country side): ARPD Officer Alex Brooks & ARPD Officer Tritan Osmani
After explained all the areas to patrol every unit reported through the Police Radio the duty status (10-8).
The SFPD units that were patrolling the city, responded to a C30 in Bayside. The situation, turned into a C4 after a shootout.
Also, an heroin ordered, was founded in Palisades. The package was collected but the suspect, attempted to evade. The suspect was took down with Lethal Force.
After it, I've joined to the patrol with SFPD-1 for a bit. Just some minutes after Captain Andrew left the patrol and assigned me the leading of the Organized Patrol.
When I took the lead, I called all the SFPD units to let me know the units that were on the field in that moment.
So, I've used to split again the units. I've done it in this way:
- SFPD-1 (South of SF city): ARPD Officers Alex Brooks, Stabika & SFPD Officer Dario Cipone
- SFPD-2 (North of SF city): SFPD Officer George Shock, Cadet Bradley & ARPD Officer David Cooper
- SFPD-3 (County side): SFPD Officer Ramiro Rosso & ARPD Officers Jimbo and Travis.
After that, we used to patrol around the areas assigned.
We used to do a quite and regular patrol. We used to have a pursuit with a suspect in a NRG-500. He was suspected for murder.
The situation went fine when we used to respond all together to the call. The subject on the bike fell off and he used to be on foot.
Finally, when the suspect attempted to evade, he was shoot one time and then he surrendered raising your hands. The suspect was jailed at San Fierro Police Department.
After that, it was a really quite patrol and, so, asked to all units to report to SFPD.
When every unit reported to SFPD, they were lined up and they were thanked for the job that they're doing also in those days.
The guys which I'm patrolling with are the same in those weeks and they're making a good job putting all the effort.
No any one is disrespecting rules and, also, doing their job in a positive way.

The officers used to stay within the areas assigned for the whole period if not for some C30 calls. Communication skills was shown and all went fine.

Detailed report:
The organized patrol started after all the units, that were participating at the patrol, lined up to the wall.
A short "training" was given before, for basic things due to a new citizen that started to be an officer, 2Thongz.
After the briefing, officers were assigned to patrol cars and to specifics areas to patrol in San Fierro.
- SFPD-1 :: Me (Dario Cipone) as driver, Loris as Assistant and 2Thongz as Back Assistant. :: South of San Fierro.
- SFPD-2 :: Peter Muller as Driver and Tritan Osmani as Assistant. :: County side.
- SFPD-3 :: Alex Brooks as Driver, Travis as Assistant and Dylan Rosso as Back Assistant. :: North of San Fierro.
The whole patrol was almost quite till multiple suspects spotted at the Garver Bridge and it was reported through the police radio from LVPD units. SFPD Units given their assistance but, when we arrived, every suspect jumped off from the garver bridge. All the officers used to take two boats and the suspect were neutralized. C4.
After 30 minutes of a quite patrol in San Fierro, I decided to start a checkpoint in Easter Tunnel. Stopping everyone that was going to or from San Fierro.
We used to stop like four citizen's cars and every officer showed their skills in the traffic stops.
I've found a citizen that got a weapon visible to the public, on the passenger seat. The man was verbally warned for the law breaking, he used to respect us by putting the weapon inside the boot and the situation gone fine. The other cars were found without problems and issues.
After the checkpoint a short briefing was done at the SFPD with the all the units presents.

Incidents:
- Barricaded situation with one suspect
Detailed report:
Today, I've started to call out trough the police radio the Organized Patrol.
Once every attender arrived to the SFPD, they lined up.
I've used to prepare the officers to understand the local PD rules. Meanwhile I've used to explain them how we've to report trough the radio if they didn't know how to do so.
I've used to split units into parts to patrol.
The patrol cars were three and were the one:
- SFPD-1 :: Me and HarryOConnor
- SFPD-2 :: Tom Evans and Denis Pro
- SFPD-3 :: Anthony and Tritan Osmani
Once we splitted I've assigned areas:
SFPD-1 to the South/East
SFPD-2 to the South/West
SFPD-3 to the North
It was a quite organized patrol until two citizens were already wanted and came into the San Fierro jurisdiction. When we got the visual we used immediately to warn all the San Fierro units and, meanwhile we got a shootout at Queens with them, one of the suspects went down and the other one barricaded. Meanwhile he was barricaded, we used to call other units and we used to have a certain number of backup there. Once we arrived, I've used to set the breaching teams and the pepper spray team. When we were able to and everyone loaded their guns, we used to breach inside and used force on him but he used to escape. Once he escaped, outside, the situation went under control when he gone under fine. The subject was took down and the situation at Queens gone back to the normal.
After this, we used to patrol around again but nothing special happened. After that we used to return to the station and I've dismissed the patrolling units.

Finishing Notes:
I would like to thank everyone because I see that you all put effort in it, especially HarryOConnor and Tom Evans. Well done.
During the Organized Patrol, the Official SFPD CB was used (7131).

ARPD Officer - KelvinC

Detailed describtion of training:
San Fierro Police Department hasn't made a parachute training in the recent month so I planned to feature SFPD with a parachute training. This training was held at San Fierro and was to teach all the ARPD officers how to respond to a situation when they are on air and they only have parachute to use. The training had five phases. The places were set according to the phases.
Phase I - This phase was done at San Fierro Police Department. There was a team of diving officers in a heli whereas an officer was standing on the SFPD giving a sign of flare to all the divers.
Phase II - This phase was held at the west of SFPD on a building. All the officers had to use their parachute to SFPD and land there on the flare man.
Phase III - This phase was same was phase II but the difference was that there was no flare person.
Phase IIII - This phase was held at SFAP (On a mountain nearby). In this phase, there was a rocky surface area so all the officers had to run through the mountain and then dive so that they could reach the water plateform.
Conclusion of training:
There was lack of discipline with some ARPD officers though they all did a great job in diving. The best diver was Tritan Osmani, I am really appreciated with his work. Tom was doing well too but he was confused with some points. Kelvin had done a great job though he was a bit laggy. Darius has been a indiscipline officer though he can improve.
Notes:
1.) I hope SFPD does trainings like these in the recent days.
2.) Everyone did a great job!

Detailed describtion of training:
Pursuit Intervention Technique is one of the most important technique used by mostly all of the officer on-duty but do they know how to avoid it or how to use it correctly? This training was eventually made today to know that how much knowledge do our ARPD/SAPD Officers have about P.I.T and how do they avoid it. I gave a brief lecture in the starting of training whereas I took a photograph of all the officers available at the training. A part from that, we sat into the PD cruisers and head to a unused area that was San Fierro Airport International. I made out two lines in which the 8 officers were divided equally. After all, when the lines were correctly made out. I explained the whole theory to the officers.
There were two phases:
> Phase I: There were two teams divided equally to the officers on-duty. 1 vs 1 officer had to P.I.T the other opponent and then notify us on the CB radio that he successfully P.I.T'ed the other officer.
Winner: Was a tie round.
> Phase II: There were two teams divided equally, one were the suspects and one were the cops (Actually both teams were on-duty but we considered each one as suspects and cops).
-Round 1: Cops (Bas, John Madrid, Alex Brooks, Tritan Osmani, KelvinC) had to P.I.T. the criminals (Impulsion, Tom Evans, Loris, David Rosso, Miller786) within a minute. In this round, the cops and criminals had a tie.
-Round 2: Criminals (Impulsion, Tom Evans, Loris, David Rosso, Miller786) had to P.I.T. the Cops (Bas, John Madrid, Alex Brooks, Tritan Osmani, KelvinC) within a minute, though this round was won by the cops.
Congratulations onto the cops!
Conclusion of training:
The conclusion of this training was that everyone was perfect and they knew all the things they had to do perfectly. Well done guys and keep up the good work.
Notes:
1.) I had no problems with any of the officers.
2.) I think each of the officers enjoyed the training. So we should be keeping more trainings like these.

Detailed report:
11th May 2013, right after my shift was announced. I took out my radio and announced that I am hosting a Bike organised patrol in which I'd invite all the officers on-duty. At first seven people joined in but later on it increased to 10. After a opening statement, I asked all of them to take single bikes and refuel them. They went and took their bikers skin and took a bike from SFPD. Unfortunately there were less bikes but later on we managed more bikes from Los Santos. The main purpose of this patrol was to make all the units understand that how do you drive a bike and what are the requirements. We responded to many areas of San Fierro such as all the heroin spots. The best part was that we all drove together beside each other, leaded by me.
The call signs were:
S.F.P.D Biker-1: Tritan Osmani
S.F.P.D Biker-2: Patrick_John
S.F.P.D Biker-3: Impulsion
S.F.P.D Biker-4: Denis Pro
S.F.P.D Biker-5: Josh
S.F.P.D Biker-6: Tom
S.F.P.D Biker-7: Saviour Kolvaski
We also caught a criminal at the heroin spot (He was ordering). He saw us and dragged off into the water but he was later shot down by us. We used a boat for that.
We also responded to the C30 at LV and caught the suspects there.

Detailed describtion of incidents:
1.) Pursuit of Armed Suspect - Las Venturas to San Fierro, Back to Las Venturas
LVPD-1, 2 & 3, County, Air Unit & Command engaged SU49 & SU38. Shortly after we received a C30. LVPD-County and Air Unit re-routed and engaged. Eventually LVPD 1, 2 & 3 stopped and killed SU49 and forced SU38 to surrender.
2.) Barricaded, Active Shooting Suspects - Market, Los Santos
LVPD-County was first reporting from LVPD to reach the area. They quickly informed over CB about situation and all units after the pursuit engaged with Code 3. We arrived on scene and removed the civilian cars and entered. The suspects had barricaded themselves inside at the Bar on the Third Floor. There was at least 7 Officer Deaths due to rambo'ing and un-organisation from those of not part of the LVPD Organised Patrol. Eventually after thinking through and that continue to fight on would result in a stalemate. I ordered all LVPD Organised Patrol Members to leave the building.
3. WaterBorne, Armed Suspect - Along the San Andreas Coast
A suspect escaped and ran from Police, we heard he was heading via boat towards LV. Me and a couple of others engaged with a CoastGuard Boat. With some assistance of a SFPD Marine Unit and a Shamal, we got him and killed him with 1 Officer Casualty.
Conclusion of patrol:
We returned to LVPD after a long shift and had a 1 minute respectful silence to those killed as a result of the Barricaded Suspects.
Notes:
1.) Those part of the lower ranks need to acknowledge those who are in charge's wishes.
2.) Good Loyalty - My Internet disconnected roughly 5 minutes out and when I returned almost nothing was different, everyone was continuing with their work.
3.) Organisation is key
