1. Officer Name - Llongyfarschiadau, Brad_Jordan abusing cop powers to avoid getting arrested for towing all cars to one place just so they annoy players

I reported here because they were on cop duty and usually people get cop banned for it, I saw a few cases actually with abusing the tow truck and the ARPD officer to get banned off duty
