Title: ARPD report William_Corleone,Richard and [TcF]Plasma

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1.William_Corleone,
2.Richard
3. [TcF]Plasma

They took me to mordor for murder after a long time waiting in the cell they decided to execute me on field.
so one officer cuffed me and the other one shot me.Just to add I had a lot of weapons on me..

a. None I had no time to picture it since they did it really fast they said it once in chat cuffed and shot.

As I'm involved in the report, I would like to say that me and Plasma has nothing in this, the other officer with us has decided to execute you and it wasn't up to us as we had to move.

Though it is clear that Officer William Corleone did execute you, this is likely to be an administrative issue, not an ARPD one. Are you still interested in this report?

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the March 1st 2013, at 18:16 HOURS a report was submitted by Max Monroe as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Richard and Officer [TcF]Plasma did not take part in any duty violations so will not be punished
-Officer William Corleone clearly and unlawfully shot a surrendered suspect for no apparent reason

-- In conclusion, Officer William Corleone will be suspended from duty for a period of three (3) days.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
