Title: ARPD Report Gillbert, Stabika

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Gillbert, Stabika - I was suspected, and so I standed still in idlewood, then out of no where came two officers, first the ran me over, then the exited their vehicles and started spraying me continously until I died in a violence and an unacceptable way.
