As seen, I was suspected with no warning, for evading. I immediately /gued, and requested an investigation, but this did not occur. I was instead dumped in mordor, after being threatned with comments such as 'f*** head' and having 'black dick in my ass'. I was dumped in Mordor, as they had to leave for a so called 'Code-0' which doesn't even exist. I was given no investigation.I contacted an admin, and the charges were dropped and I was teleported. I am thus reporting both officers with the act of suspect without probable cause, Dumping a suspect, refusing an investigation, aswell as threatning a suspect.

Please provide a screenshot of them being told if possible.

The admin was correct is teleporting you out, it is a requirement for an officer to be there if a person is being detained in Mordor.

This incident happened before my partner and I known about the rule at Modor, thanks to Matrixbob he informed us. What I like about this report is how you leave out information about you refusing to follow us and do what we say which caused you to go to Mordor for your behavior and lack of respect for officers and other parts of your criminal record. Also why did you start the log at you getting suspected, you missed about four lines of warnings to pull over. Maybe next time you should include the whole truth and not your little part of it. You saw our warnings, and you know it too, that's why you started it at the suspection. Unless you have a screenshot I don't feel that I am obligated to disprove your text log. Good luck in this report and whatever the final decision is must be the right one.

Note: Sorry for not responding to it before, If I was informed it was when I was AFK. Thanks to Mike I actually got informed.

We got multiple reports on the radio that there was a Code 30 and several officers needed assistance in Ganton so me and officer Eriksson moved out. In a Code 30 you are supposed to drop everything and go to the 10-20 of the officer. Officer Eriksson and I were following it by the book, we also called for an investigator on the radio a minute before the Code 30 was announced.

Happen to have any proof of this? And as per chat logs, you indeed did say "Code 0" which doesn't exist.

You're right in the chat log it says I said Code 0 which it was simply a spelling error, I meant Code 30, I forgot the 3. As for proof, I have no proof because I do not screenshot everything I see and do, which maybe I should start doing.

Note: A code 0 does exist in real life, but not on Argonath by the way they have the same meaning but I did mean Code 30 when I was in game.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On March the 28th, 2013, at 01:37 HOURS a report was submitted by Stan as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The reported Officer's had suspected Stan for evasion, furthermore, taking him to mordor. Such a crime should not be punishable through time in a maximum security prison. Secondly, the attitude towards the suspect was not acceptable behaviour for a Law Enforcement Officer. Lastly, the Officer's had abandon the suspect at mordor to respond to a "Code 0" without providing transport, an investigation, or any other assistance at that time.

-- In conclusion, Officer's Thor_Ericksson and Richard_Cheese were found in direct violation of ARPD Regulation #3, additionally for leaving a suspect alone at mordor without any further assistance afterwards. The Officer's are to be suspended from duty for one day each.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
