I don't think the Fire Department handles bombs.. the point to this report is, If the true people aren't there like SWAT to handle a kidnapping or bomb threat than you should respond and help and serve and protect. That's the motto, Serve and Protect. I waited 21 minutes calling 911 serveral times till someone responded, a FBI Agent. If I was the Officer in that field, I would organize a team and handle it if the appropriate people weren't on.

Date: Day - 28/3/13
Time:  From First Phone Call to 911: 17:06 to FBI Agent contacts me at 17:27

To be honest the whole incident looked like a prank call, I myself responded to the call and searched nearly every building in Idlewood, after an unsuccessful search, the call sounded like a prank, I then went onto say "Call the fire department" as a hangup line as I still thought it was a prank call. and after I made first contact with you, you also stated that you couldn't see a hostage taker although you still claim it was a 207. Which is obviously was not. I conclude that with the information I had at hand, it would have believed me to think the call you made was a prank one.

Signed,
Taseen Chowdhury
LSPD Officer

The definition of kidnap

Quote
The crime of unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or Fraud, or seizing and detaining a person against his or her will with an intent to carry that person away at a later time

He knocked me out and dragged me up the stairs of my own home and put me on the couch. He then put bombs on my body and left me there and possibly putting cameras in the house, watching possibly. You should take all calls seriously and respond to everyone, even if they look fake or not.

As I said earlier, I did respond to the call, but I couldn't find you anywhere, at which point I determined the call to be a prank one.

Hello,

The report has been read and will be handled by me. First of all, as far as I know this report is a role-play report. Therefore, I need the results of the kidnapping situation and the exact details.
More over, I need to know how you got officer Chowdhury his private number. I would also like to know why you contacted Officer Chowdhury privately and if you contacted anyone besides Officer Chowdhury.

The FBI and more SAPD officers were probably in-service at that time and yet you only report one officer for not responding. That's kind of strange and I require your reasons for this.

Thank you.
Regards,

Def Perry
LSPD Lieutenant

Other Phone calls were made to other Officers but none of the answered their phones and some were off.

I have a smartphone and I connected to the LSPD Database with my old creditinals which worked, someone forgot to delete my name from the database. I searched up Officer's names in the locating area of Los Santos. I called others before him but no one answered than I took his number and called him.

The reasons why I called these officers privately because no one was contacting me by calling me via my phone so I started calling them by their cell phones. I was also told by the FBI Agent there was a LVPD Cermony happening in Las Ventruas and also from him that while he was on his way to the situation, he saw the Officer on his moterbike driving around Los Santos. The results of the Kidnap were successful the bombs were removed by the Agent that was in charge of the situation and the house was clear, No injuries were reported. The Agent will post his side soon enough.

So you are reporting the only officer in service who took the time to answer his phone and respond to your call? Please enlighten me of this as it seems to be very unlogic.

We do not have the private numbers of our officers in our database anymore.

I cannot report everyone for not responding to me because they could have other situations equally as big as mine or AFK or Admin duties.

The point of this report is that he ignored it because he thought it was a joke and told me to call the Fire Department for a bomb and kidnap situation. If he told me he is busy with a other situation or anything like that than this case would never exist but the point is that he told me to call the Fire Department, that says, This situation isn't worth the police's time.

As I keep on saying, I didn't ignore the call, I responded and checked most houses in Idlewood, and the "Call the fire department" part was said how you defined it, a prank call isn't worth the police's time.

You never asked me exactly on where I lived, just the area. You should of asked me on where I exactly lived and got to my house.

Most houses in Idlewood look the same, asking wouldn't have really got me anywhere.

I had 3 vehicles outside of the house. 1 Van in the back. 1 quad and 1 car in front, and I was north of the Pizzashack, before the bridge that leads to Jefferson Hospital.

Of course you can not report everyone. The point is that you reported the one who put effort into your safety. Being AFK is not an excuse for SAPD members and I do not think everyone on duty was part of the administration team. Could you give me some names of people who you tried to contact, with evidence from your phone logs?

The point of this report is that he ignored it because he thought it was a joke and told me to call the Fire Department for a bomb and kidnap situation. Officer Chowdhury stated previously that after his search, he thought it could be a prank call. The word 'ignoring' is totally inrellevant here.

You never asked me exactly on where I lived, just the area. You should of asked me on where I exactly lived and got to my house.
Mind showing the full conversation?

Furthermore, a question for Officer Chowdhury:
Why did you tell the hostage to call the fire department.

And a question for the reporter: Has your kidnapper been arrested? If yes, what is his name?

In reply to Def, I told him to call the fire department as a polite gesture that his call seemed to be utter nonsense and that it was most likely a prank call.

Sorry for being disrespectful

Also, after reviewing this myself, I believe he should of done more than he did. I'm not trying to say that he should do that or that, but take it into consideration of asking those things.

EDIT: I forgot to state that the suspect was never found and still is unknown.

I saw the 911 call when I was at LVPD. I drove to LSHQ and took the rancher. On my way to idlewood I called the civilian (in this case Badandy). I asked him for the exact location of his house and I disarmed the bomb. On my way to Idlewood I ran across Officer Taseen who was heading to Commerce which is probably southbound and away from idlewood if I'm not mistaken.

Regarding the statement from Lieutenant Def Perry: "The FBI and more SAPD officers were probably in-service at that time and yet you only report one officer for not responding. That's kind of strange and I require your reasons for this."

No, there were not. LVPD was in the middle of a training and as far as I know there were no other FBI agents in service.

In reply to Dean saying I was driving into Commerce, that must have been after the call was made and me returning to normal operations. Just to add, there must have been at least 5 SAPD Officers on duty as there were 4 on duty in LSPD alone.

I was also called but didn't pickup.

However, there were calls on the radio asking if FBI would take the code 10 situation. However, no response came from FBI. I do not recall seeing ANY response to it though, not even from agent Callahan.

Sad thing is, I was undercover, hence the weird name. Badandy his life was in danger, therefor I risked blowing my cover by responding. I reported C3/10-76 to 911 call in the radio, manager can check that in logs.

I'm dropping this case on LSPD Officer Taseen Chowdhury, It's been 25 days since I reported him and I believe, 25 days without any kind of action against him is action enough.
