When I took the pic I was already dead... I don't know what kind of proof you want...

I'm reporting the Officer Leo_Horatio because he suspected me without any kind of warning nor requested me to pullover, and you can check this in my proof :-)

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the March the 30th, 2013, at 06:07 HOURS a report was submitted by Ale_Rivosecchi as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer Leo Horatio was reported for failing to give a warning before being suspecting Ale_Rivosecchi for reckless driving.
-- The defendant failed to provide a statement, but instead write offensive comments.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Leo Horatio will be suspended from duty for a period of 2 hours due to violating ARPD Officer Regulation Act #2.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
