Title: ARPD Report of Three Officers

    On 31st March 2013 at 04:15 (Server Time), I was planted some seeds... Seeing as it is perfectly legal, but at the same time of my arrival, a LSPD Cruiser with three ARPD Occupants. They then started Snooping around my car. As soon as the Weed was ready, one of the three officers took it and then started asking me show some papers.

   Yes granted I should have complied to show documents, but at the same time my mind was thinking of an obvious rulebreak within the ARPD/SAPD Regulations of not Growing or Harvesting weed whilst on duty.

/\ This point I was suspected for Failure to Comply /\


"[03:17:24] Spencer_FanucciT(2) says: Just patrolling." - If an ARPD/SAPD officer is patrolling... Why is there a need to approach the weed spot and then start surrounding it. From the start I was/am under the impression there intentions were to Grow whilst on active duty.

"[03:18:22] Zing_Rivosecchi(4) says: Clifton search for heroin please" - Issue number one with this. A warrant to search for such thing is required from my belief, and two they did not even warn me they were going to process my car... Of which again, I believe to be a law requirement.


The Thing that got me:
    At the time of harvest, I was in the middle of typing harvest and then it vanished just as I was about to hit Return. Which could only mean that one of the three officers were responsible for the collection of this harvest. And seeing as Possession of Cannabis is legal in the state of Argonath I think this to be the Breach of ARPD/SAPD regulations.

    I was then transported to LSPD to cover my non-compience charge and then asked the officer to return my weed, where then they proclaimed their innocence and Said they did not take it, even though they were the other People at the scene.

I wish I was thinking of capturing the Episode of these three cops and provide the proof that i did not Harvest MY weed. But at that time I was beginning to get frustrated with all the commotion coming up on screen and was trying to respond to so many questions and comments.

And I can only hope that What I have provided is good enough for these three officers to be hit with an investigation of the situation..

ARPD Officer Policy violators: Spencer FanucciT, Clifton Thomas, Zing Rivosecchi

1. Spencer Fanucci - The point that I am going to report this Officer is under my suspicion to the one responsible for the harvest, as he was the on closest to the plant. But otherwise he did his job as fair as he could towards the ARPD/SAPD Regulations

 a. Pictures.. < I Was not thinking of Screen capture at this point,
 b. Other evidence.. < Trying find a source of him harvesting is very hard to come by seeing as I was not the one to harvest my property.

2. Clifton Thomas - The regulation this officer is against is the one that requires an officer to notify a vehicle owner that his car is going to be searched, or asking the owners permission to search the vehicle.

sorry i toke so long to post but...i have something to say im not police guy ok i mostly work as fireman so when it comes to cop im not so good
Next thing, the search warrant was a total misunderstanding  at that time i did not know what is a search warrant until my partner told me. so sorry for all this confusion guys please forgive me :)

Before this report is closed, there are some key questions I need to ask you:

-Could you tell me who suspected you and provide evidence of it.
-And do you have any evidence that you were growing weed and that it was taken before you could harvest it.

I cannot pursue that aspect of the report unless you have evidence of you trying to harvest it, and not being able to. Other than that, three more days will be given for either you or the accused parties to provide any relevant details before this report is closed; on the 29th April.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On March 31st 2013, at 05:06 HOURS a report was submitted by Lucas Drake as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-The three officers in question here unlawfully searched your vehicle for a legal substance.
-There is no evidence to prove that either of these officers harvested marijuana on police duty.
-The benefit of the doubt was given in view of the fact that they are not experienced police officers, who had good and honest intentions during the encounter.

-- In conclusion, all officers: Zing Rivosecchi, Clifton Thomas and Spencer Fanucci will be issued a verbal warning for their actions and more serious consequences will be given, if any similar incident occurs.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
