Title: [ARPD Report]-Officer Evan_Marino

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Evan_Marino - Me was searching Suspect named Aristotle but in mean time I have been heard in PD radio that suspect Aristotle is killed by a unknown hitman.
                                       I and officer Tin_hill searched the hitman, his name was Cyber, a taxi driver. After a long search I found him in a house near Marina, instantly I called officer Tin_Hill to me. While we were going to breach Civilian Evan_Marino came on NRG-500 and checked something. After we warned him to leave he left the scene and I and Officer Tin_hill planned a breach. I gone inside and with no bullets fired Suspect surrendered. I cuffed him and take him out and proceeded to jail and Tin_Hill returned to his normal duties. When I was taking suspect to LSPD Mr. Evan came back as ARPD officer to rescue his friend and said me to stop so I stopped, unfortunately Mr. Evans was injured/wounded and have low HP so a medic(Dangerous_Scotto) offered him a heal near this incident . Mr.Evan refused him and carjacked me and taken control on my PD  sandking . As per situation I reported him to Administrator Witchking. After a chat with Admin Withcking and after all lies and conspiracy  from Mr. Evan Witcking found that suspect is arrested by me. So Witchking told him that this Eric’s suspect but Mr.Evans have to rescue his friend so he said me that suspect want investigation. And in useless and unmannered way he investigated and declared him as innocent and jail him for 15 sec(this is script abuse as per I know). And then when Mr. Cyber. released he gave lift to his friend and gone away with him.
Charges: Stealing Suspect,abusing /jail command

Hi, I'm Sergeant Bridges and I'll be handling this report.

From the logs, it is clear that Evan Marino showed acts of corruption on duty and severe misconduct by carjacking you and lying. As he has already been informed about this, if he does not respond to this report within the next 3 days, a decision will be reached in his absence.

If possible, could you get witnesses Tim Hill and Dangerous Scotto to post their statements here, so I am able to get a more detailed account of the incident.

It's Tim Hill, but anyway, I was with Eric when we did the breaching, I stayed out, he went in. The suspect was arrested and taken away by Eric, I resumed patrol. I'm here just to confirm, that the suspect belonged to Eric.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April the 1st  2013, at 11:15 HOURS a report was submitted by Eric Luciano as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Evan Marino acted unlawfully by car-jacking a fellow police officer and lying to him and administration
-He committed acts of corruption on duty by falsely requesting the release of a suspect and purposely reducing a suspect's sentence because they were friends
-He endangered the lives of fellow police officers by attempting to 'stunt' his vehicle to make Mr Luciano fall off.
-He also showed know remorse for his actions, failed to take the report seriously and decided not to post his statement

-- In conclusion, Officer Evan Marino will be suspended from police duty for a period of five (5) days, and be under close supervision when on police duty to prevent further incidents of this type.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
