Training time:
30 Minutes (10 Theory, 20 practical)
Leader(s) of training:
Sergeant Mega
Participants in training:
Sergeant Bridges
ARPD Officer Dark.
Detailed describtion of training:
While we were guarding a Prisoner at Mordor i took the chance to teach a few things too my fellow officers about guarding prisoners. I covered escorts, keeping keys with partners for safety and things such as weaponry within a prison. Being that LTL options are advised within the walls of a Prison. The use of a Officers voice is also vital in maintaining control with the Bellows of a Fearsome guard more powerful than 100 cans of Pepper spray. I also showed officers how to spot suspicious behavior within prisoners, are they chatting with people they normally dont, hanging on there own when they are normally in a gang all these things can indicate problems.
Conclusion of training:
The officers were great and took onboard my comments, i told them to teach my ways to others to hopefully have a Good knowledge of prison guarding within our department
Notes:
1.) Sgt Bridges has a evil Side :)
2.) Dark. listened well and took onboard my comments

Incident log: Today, meanwhile I was patrolling with SFPD Cadet Loris, we received an internal call from the Fire Department for a fire spotted at Doherty Warehouse.
Immediately we responded with other units that came too to give assistance to us. We used to warn the fire department using the Emergency Radio.
We used to have three police cars and a police bike that were used from:
1) Me and Loris - SFPD Car
2) Dark - SFPD Car
3) Luca Soprano - LSPD Car
4) Alex Brooks - Bike
To the SFPD Cadet Alex was asked to give assistance to the fire department near the fire if it was needed.
Later, I've used to block the area, using the cars and, also, I've set the officers that were there to manage the traffic.
SFPD Cadet Loris was set with ARPD Officer Dark to re-direct the vehicles that were coming from both sides of the road.
Me and ARPD Officer Luca Soprano were in front of the entrance to be sure that no any civilian was going inside.
As said, we made a gate with police cars that we used to open only if Firemen or Medics wanted to go inside.
Meanwhile we were there to manage the traffic and taking care about the fire, we seen a citizen on foot near the area, so we said to him, in a gentle way, to move from that area because it was dangerous. Also, a black Sultan stopped in front of us, so we used the same way that we used with the civilian on foot, saying gently to move from there and the dangerous level that we got in front of us.
After some minutes, the medic came with an helicopter to the scene, giving assistance to the firemen, and, to let him see us, we used a flare.
After 20 minutes, the fire went down and the situation went Code 4. So, when every fireman was out of the warehouse area, me and SFPD Cadet Alex, used to take two towtrucks and we moved all the abandoned vehicles in parking areas.
After that, all the units were dismissed and we gone back to our normal patrol.
Civilians on scene:
- Civilian without shirt and a yellow bandana.
- Civilian with a black Sultan.
Incident reporter's notes: CB Radio of the SFPD (1885) was used throughout the whole patrol and Flares were needed and used into the incident.
A great teamwork was used between firemen, medics and officers. Well done to everyone.

Mordor Issues.
Detailed report:
Today, I used to report trough the Police Radio about the Organized Patrol at San Fierro Police Department.
After some calls on the radio, officially, three officers were the attenders of the Organized Patrol.
When they arrived, I've used to tell them to line up to the wall. When they were ready, I've welcomed them to the department, introduced myself and told them some local PD rules.
After it, I've organized the units to patrol.
- SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officer Dark :: County Side
- SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Bas and SnakeEye :: City Side
We got no any issues in San Fierro but, after some minutes of patrolling, I was requested to take place at Mordor Prison due to some issues with ARPD Officers and the actual protectors of Mordor.
ARPD Officers was ordered to leave the Mordor Prison, with the co-operation of the FBI Special Agent Roske.
Seems that the documents signed by Chief of the Air Division CBFasi, was misunderstood by the protectors of Mordor.
So, after a chat with CBF, all the document rules were cleared about the protection. This happened, thanks to the help of the FBI Agent Steven Jeffrey.
Since I was requested there, I was not able to patrol San Fierro all the time but SFPD-2 kept patrolling around the City due to the fact that, in this way, San Fierro was covered in any way.
After it, I've heard SFPD-2 having a trouble with a suspect evading from San Fierro in an air way. Thank, also, to the help of the LVPD, the suspect was took down.
Later then we ended all the issues at Mordor and SFPD-2 got no anymore problems with the suspect in air, we met eachothers to SFPD to have a little chat.
Indeed, after thank them to kept protecting San Fierro while I was away, I've used to dismiss them all.

Detailed report:
Today I've started to organize a patrol at the San Fierro Police Department.
I've called trough the police radio all the officers that were able to attend in it.
After some minutes, all the units were lined at the SFPD Parking Wall, were we usually use to line up. Then we started.
I've welcomed them all at the San Fierro Police Department, telling them some Local PD Rules, the most importants and explained them the local PD map system that we use. Next, I've split them into units.
We were in 11 Officers, so we went trough four Patrol cars, one Police Maverik and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).
I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.
- - SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officer Dark - Global assistance
- - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officer Edward Mendez and SAPD Officer Loris - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers Astaroth and Josh The Penguin - North of San Fierro
- - SFPD-4 :: SAPD Officer Alex Brooks and ARPD Officer Bas - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-5 :: SAPD Cadet Travis and ARPD Officer Darius - County Side
- - SFPD-AU :: ARPD Officer David Rosso - Global assistance
Since we started, we and SFPD-3 used to stay at Doherty due to a suspicious activity of a citizen in the Warehouse. As famous heroin spot, we checked his documents. After it, SFPD-3 confirmed us that he got the house at Doherty Warehouse, so he got the permission to stay there.
After some minutes, SFPD-5 from the county, told us about a fire incident at Whetstone. Also SFPD-AU responded to give an assistance.
SFPD-5, got some problems about an evader in an NRG-500 from Flint County. They started their chase but it wasn't enough, due to the fact that the SAPD Cadet Travis is an HSP member, we requested him for that suspect. But, sadly, he evaded going from San Fierro to Las Venturas and from Las Venturas to Los Santos.
The second incident was a suspect in Rodeo, LS. I've required SFPD-5 to call there at Flint Intersection to roadblock it. But, sadly, he gone towards Market Street.
Due to this, I've warned the LSPD but seemed that LSPD was unable to answer. Given permission to SFPD-5 to go trough Los Santos for that suspect.
While SFPD-5 was on him, SFPD-1 kept patrolling around County side avoiding to leave the county side uncovered.
SFPD-5, after some minutes, had rammed his car which caused it to explode. He died in the explosion.
Those were the mains incidents of today, other time spent was quite relaxing and without issues.
After those incidents, all the attenders were requested to report at SFPD.
When all the attenders were there, I've thank them all for their assistance and their teamwork.

We were in 15 Officers, so we went trough five Patrol cars and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).
I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.
- - SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officers Mario Williams and Kenny - Global assistance
- - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Kelvin Argonath and Dark - North of San Fierro
- - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers James River and Leon Arallian - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-4 :: ARPD Officers Mac Oflagan and LlanaLuthor - North of San Fierro
- - SFPD-5 :: ARPD Officers Patrick John and KelvinC - South of San Fierro
- - SFPD-6 :: SAPD Cadet Jimbo and ARPD Officer Savior Kowalski - Rancher in the County Side
At the beginning those were the units that started to patrol San Fierro after that I've used to explain them how to use properly a radio and who should do that.
After all the units reported trough the radio their status, we used to stop at Bayside for the ammunation.
We use to stop there avoiding the one in Queens, owned by the Gvardia Family. Due to their usage of money, we try to don't give them a found.
After we officially started the patrol, every unit took place in the sides that were assigned.
The SFPD-6, county side, due to his Rancher, was permitted to go around the offroads checking that everything was all right.
In like 10 minutes, also SFPD Officer Loris, Alex Brooks, Impulsion joined to the patrol and with them ARPD Officer Mario Williams.
They were split in other units. We got like three people per car and was much useful to keep the situation under control without any issue.
In some minutes, the whole SFPD focused on two suspects at San Fierro.
We got at least three units going for them and the SFPD-6 joined to assist us from the county side (For example locking the road)
In the same time, another suspect spotted from Foster Valley, due to this we splitter between those suspects and, due to the bad handling of a car, three units feel off from the Easter Bay Airport to the water.
The mission failed due to this but, thanks to the others three units, the situation was handled pretty good even if the suspect left and escaped from the Easter Bay Airport with an heavily damaged Dodo.
Meanwhile, the three police cars that feel off, took some states cars to get to the SFPD getting other vehicles.
While this three units went off from the SFPD, LVPD warned us about a suspect that was entering the jurisdiction from Bayside so, SFPD-1 and SFPD-2, handled a perfect roadblock with the assistance of another SFPD unit.
The situation went Code 4 and we kept patrolling for other fifteen minutes but switching the positions assigned (from the South to the North and vice versa).
After that, every unit was recalled to report to the SFPD and all of them were thank for their job and for their assistance that given to the SFPD that day.
A short de briefing was given and I hope only that everyone enjoyed the patrol and was useful for someone too.
