Title: ARPD report - Zing_Rivosecchi

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Zing_Rivosecchi - Usage of wrong road, cutting a turn with possible danger for other drivers.
After hitting my slower car, which was making a U-turn, officer  used a wrong side of the road for a faster access to LSPD. I couldn't capture the moment of the hit, but the usage of wrong road was made. Photo evidences are provided

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Zing_Rivosecchi - Strong abuse of power, offense against Constitution.

I was driving from Idlewood to my house, without speeding or using left lane, at Pershing I accidentally hitted officer Zing_Rivosecchi, which entered my lane, and followed my road. Entered my backalley, I locked one of my cars, and say officer Zing_Rivosecchi entering that backalley. It is a place where residents of those six appartements park their cars, and other people is not welcome there, thing I advised to officer Zing_Rivosecchi. Instead he suspected me for "fail to acomply , assaulting", things that were not made. As noany order was given, and I hadn't a reason to assault an officer.

Later on investigation he started accusing me of "reckless driving" ignoring my questions about the facts in which I was suspected. Later, after I called some SAPD officer, officer Nexxt came to investigate me. I will not comment his investigation, as I stick a chat log to the report. The crime was cleared by Nexxt.

Officer Zing_Rivosecchi did not followed such act of Constitution as:
- Section II, Ordinance XII:  In the case of arrest or detention, a citizen must be promptly informed of the reasons, must also be informed that he has the right to a lawyer and must be allowed to use that right as soon as possible. He shall also have the validity of the detention controlled by the present law and to be released if the detention is not lawful.

Hi, I'm Sergeant Bridges and I'll be handling this report.

From the evidence provided, I can see that Officer Zing Rivosecchi was driving recklessly and falsely suspecting you. Officer in question has 3 days to post his statement as this report will proceed and a verdict will be reached on the 9th of April (approximately).

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April 3rd 2013, at 19:52 HOURS a report was submitted by S1mon as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Rivosecchi was driving recklessly and endangering the lives of other citizens of Argonath in the process.
-Mr S1mon was unlawfully suspected and assaulted when Officer Rivosecchi aimed a combat shotgun at him as well


-- In conclusion, Officer Zing Rivosecchi will be suspended from duty for a period of two (2) day for reckless driving on duty and excessive use of force.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
