Background story(Atleast 100 words): I came to the state of argonath 1 year ago looking for a new place to start new. It was quite a large active city. I got a passport and got my drivers license and even won the lotto in my first few weeks in the state. However I really had no Idea what I was doing, till I meet a group of people who worked for the San Andreas County Services. After talking with a few of the members, they helped me out a bit and I was soon offer to a carree in the public service sector. Soon I applyed for both the SAPD and ARFD, and in a months time I reached Cadet in both and was enjoying life, untill I found out some grim news, a very close friend died, I left the state of argonath for a few month as I left to attend personal family matters.

thank you,One more thing to inform you that I will be inactive till 19th april.I have board examination,and will repair my PC after the eximationation,my papers will end on 19th april,and will upgrade my computer.
Can any one give me advice which window should I get windows8 or windows7?
have windows XP ATM.

Yes sir but need a bit time to get back today it was my first paper and it was done very nicely,But have gapes between the papers.
And will be back and will try to get in game.

I hope you had enought time to think it trough, because I take it as a faction hopping, but as I already said before ACSD is not for everyone. Good luck with your SAPD application.
