Title: Report of ARPD Officer Xfactor

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: Xfactor

1. Xfactor - I was enroute back to my house in LV, Where I first saw this Officer pull an illegal u-turn and proceed onto the LS/LV highway via the off-ramp directing towards the Federal HQ (Temple). I then contacted the Officer with my intentions of what I had just witnessed.
