ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1.Denis_pro - The officer contacted me very disturbingly via pm after I jumped too far at a clif and therefor dying. As it was not my intention I tried to reapair the situation by giving him what would have been given if he had jailed me. The officer then caps-locked and said that I was reported and was demanding 1k not to. This behavior was very disturbing and it's not the first time it has happened. To be using this kind of language towards citizens are unacceptable.

And you just report me for flaming,i am human and i was nervous so i flamed you for suciding becouse IS NOT ALLOWED and you can get BAN for this,and i am officer too and i know that i should react like this and i can get BAN too for Flaming via PM
So we are both in danger too get BAN from the server becouse this.
Anyway i am here to say you sorry for flaming you like this but you must say sorry too for jumping of a building to avoid arrest.

I did not do it on purpose and therefore I apologized, and if you do this every tiem you get nervous then you have to work with it. I don't know how many times you have encountered Ballas & Svenssons suspecting us randomly and then caps-locking in /p saying that we suck. Because I know that I did a wrong move not realizing my health bar was high enough to survive the fall and therefore I tried to repair the situation for everyon einvolved by giving you a fair ammount of cash. Instead you heavy flamed me and DEMANDED 1k not to report.......

I already admited that I died by the fall so why bother telling it again and again? I apologized, what more would you like me to do? I apologized and made the best I could do from the situation. But flaming me after is not a good way to communicate with a player. Now even though I could be charged for suicide as suspect the flaming as an officer still stands an should be dealt with.

I would have given you 1k as I realized that it was all my fault but the way you talked to me I was not really feeling like doing it. Now get back to topic, please. As I said the "suicide as suspect" is another story than this that I am reporting you for, so please move on. You have NO reason to flame me like that, and you know it.

Yes and admins can check my logs too,i reported him 2 times and i contact 2 admins to investigate this but they didnt

SAPD Command is very busy and reports is just one of our many jobs. I will attempt to draw Sgt Bridges attention to this report and if he is unavailable i will look into this case

Post by: Jason Bridges on May 14, 2013, 21:22:14 pm: I am sorry I was unable to close this report on the intended date, this is not because of a lack of interest or poor organisation, I had other tasks to attend to both ARPD related and IRL and this wasn't a priority compared to any of them. I can't change your opinion about how this report was not worth the hassle but I can tell you that there's a difference between someone honestly not having enough time to attend to all minor tasks, and just not giving a shit.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April 7th 2013, at 12:49 HOURS a report was submitted by Skalleper Svensson as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-It is clear that Officer Denis Pro is guilty of insulting and flaming Mr Svensson
-The benefit of the doubt has been given in view of the fact that Officer Denis Pro apologised, though.

-- In conclusion, Officer Denis Pro will be issued a verbal warning for his actions and monitored closely to ensure behaviour like this is not repeated, or it will lead to more serious consequences.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
