The Departments are enforcing on the regular patrol units to use marked PD vehicles to cruise and patrol in the state.

In this situation, the officer had all right to begin pursuit... no matter if he was driving to home, or to work... or whereever, if he wasnt patroling with the civil vehicle, he did NOT breach any protocol.

If you cant prove the officer was patroling with the NRG, case will be closed.

I was patroling with a PD car and when i got information that Suspect Was in a Infernus I Went At SFAP and I Got The NRG to keep Following The Suspecct...Thats All

I don't see him patrolling, i see him engaging into pursuit.
