1. [NP]Monte.Montague - Aiming his weapon at a fellow officer, aiming a gun in public for no reason, parking his car the wrong way, not acting like an officer.

I tried to contact him In Game but he just logged off, I will try the day after tomorrow because tomorrow I won't be online.

I informed Monte of the report and he claims he "doesn't have time" to post a statement. In case he changes his mind, he will be given 24 hours to respond or this case will be closed without his statement.

Understood, I too notified him today since I had 1 hour in the morning to be online.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April 27th, 2013, at 15:53 HOURS a report was submitted by Gmail as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The reported Officer withdrew his duty firearm and continued to aim it at the Law Enforcement Officer without any reason whatsoever.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer [NP]Monte_Montegue is to be suspended from duty for a period of 1 (one) day due to aiming a duty firearm at a fellow ARPD Officer while being fully knowledgeable of his actions.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
