ARPD Officer Policy violators: Denis_Pro

1. Denis_Pro - I initially was requested to pullover in LS. Pretty much evaded the officer and was driving around LV when Officer Denis_Pro comes about to chase me. Minutes into the chase, the Officer suspected me for "terrorism" (Needless to say, i did not engage in any terrorist activities, can be confirmed via logcheck if required..). I had been running for a while and my rhl probably was low and this way, the officer increased my rhl.
Note: The "meee" in the first screenshot refers to a isolated joke, can be confirmed by Warner or Mac if required that i wasnt involved in their roleplay(Which also didnt have anything to do with terrorism).

Later i proceeded to confront the officer regarding the matter and this is what i get..

The officer claims that entering LVAP automatically makes somebody a "terrorist" however i believe the officer is not being entirely honest here.
I usually do not believe in reporting people as i prefer to confront them and make them aware of their mistakes, but in the past few days officer denis has been confronted by me several times after i was suspected several times invalidly and each time the officer seems to make up a new reason (Needless to say, i am not reporting him here for them as i dont really have evidence for it)..

AND if the felt abused he could /gu and ask for investigation witch he didnt but he EVADE and when me and my partner blew up his car he openned FIRE on officers
Suspect Down LF used then he got mad and he report me...
I repeat that he could ask for investigation and /gu if the felt abuse becouse i resu him,
I resu him becouse i have seen SAPD officers do it too when a suspect enters in an airport they are /su him for terrorism

I have seen SAPD member /resu suspects for terrorism when they enter in airports thats why i /su him...
If is not allowed i didnt know that and i am sorry but i saw SAPD members doing it so i did too

Anyway i didnt knew it i just saw some officers doing it so i did it too.....

Sadly i have no proof that can actually prove this(Unless logs also log the /area of a person..) so i suppose the report may be closed..

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 1st May 2013, at 09:19:55 a report was submitted by Philip Ancelotti as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Hamza

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer was correct with his job, with an aim of issuing a suspection on Philip Ancelotti for terrorism, he ensured that he entered LVAP and attempted to take a plane which leads to the suspection of terrorism.

-- In conclusion, Officer Denis is found innocent and may continue with his field career.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
