Post by: Emre on May 08, 2013, 12:13:31 pm: I, Theodore Mason, witnessed the entire incident from where it began.
As cadet Rosso and I were strolling, patrolling around the street of Los Santos, we passed the Market boulevard, but what we saw was hazardous. Two officers, Edith Khil and Matty Storm were both taking on another officer in a car whose health was close to death. The vehicle of lastly mentioned policeman was then on fire, exploded and the driver died within. As we asked them what is going on, we received no plausible response but instead witnessed one of them, officer Khil consuming weed. Afterwards we were driving through Idlewood when we were so called T-Boned from the side by Edith, who exited and ran after us, constantly harrassing. No footage is available after the gadget ran out of memory.

Shooting another officer.
Insulting in /p.
T-Boning Cadet Rosso's Car

Needless to say, use of weed severely impaired my judgement. Sorry any inconvenience my actions caused the department.

I have no evidence to prove as i have only just remembered which button to use to take screenshots, so i do not have evidence, he was a new player (im sure) and just insisted on shooting me after i parked up behind him at market ammunation, padres will disagree to vouch for me but he knew damn well my health was low from being shot at by the offending officer.

He was not actively shooting at you meaning you had enough time to /report him, to take evidence and to leave.

He was in a Car, trying to propably ram you. You had your Cruiser right next to you. As i just said, you had no need to harm him or his Car.

Post by: MattyMon on May 08, 2013, 17:04:24 pm: Because all my tyre's were deflated from his pistol fire, and he started shooting at me, i wouldnt of got very far, i didnt even deplete his health fully, i shot once with a deagle and that takes about 3/10 of ones HP.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the May the 8th, 2013, at 12:03 HOURS a report was submitted by Padres Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer Edith_Khil was visibly seen smoking weed while on duty, firing upon other Officer's, as well as ramming. On top, admitting to it all through the main chat.
-- ARPD Officer Matty Storm was also visibly seen firing upon the abusive Officer after being told not to shoot by Officer Rosso.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Edith Khil will receive a 3 day suspension from duty while ARPD Officer Matty Story will only recieve a 1 day suspension.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me, or to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might re-open the case if your argument is valid enough.
