Title: Report SHM for car jacking

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: SHM

1. Officer Name - he told me to move from the spot when I was afk. I then was suspected and then was in the process of leaving and then got car jacked by the officer and I tried getting to the pd in ls and was gonna wait for an sapd.

 a. Pictures.. none
 b. Other evidence.. just the fact I was afk

Date: Day - 5/14/2013
Time: 12:20 am

Howdy, carjacking is an administrative matter and not one for us to handle. As for the other things, we will need a properly filled out form with evidence to continue.
