Hello,
I used that wrong ramp because I was responded to a C30A in Tierra Robada, I don't use the wrong ramp always, only when is C30 or something like that.
If there isn't I use the correct lane.
Thank you.
(Sorry for posting today, maybe is to late, but I didn't saw that PM, maybe I was AFK.. Sorry.)

Mark

As about using wrong ramp,it is allowed for important situations such as c30 or 207 by passing it carefully.

However in current case I must be certain did you actually had an c30A and who was it called by,and can he approve your story?

Sorry but it is not. Please let me remind you of the post made by chief Hernandez:
Dear policing citizens of the United States of Argonath,

Due to several casualties initiated by the law enforcement members of the state, we would like to enforce the usage of the Mulholland Intersection road to be for incoming traffic ONLY.
It doesn't matter if you have a siren or a whale stuck into your vehicle. Despite the priority of the incident, it is always required for you to use the right road.

Lately, the fault comes from us for using the incorrect intersection and causing many deaths upon our hands.

Please remind your friendly units to follow this order from now on wards as we are here to enforce protection in the roads at all times. It is a clearly high priority.
If you happen to ignore or just plan to use it with clear intentions, then you may face warnings, tickets or even a copban if you continuously do it. It may be your lucky day if you happen to not be caught doing it.

More over, it only takes 3 seconds longer to take the normal ramp.
However in current case I must be certain did you actually had an c30A and who was it called by,and can he approve your story?
He did not have sirens on as far as I know.

Sorry for reporting you Mark, it is nothing personal, but these things have to be enforced otherwise it will keep happening, as it is very annoying.

Take the direction to the wrong ramp, but on the grass and then proceed.

As you can clearly see in the latest post,Chief Hernandez did said,it's allowed drive on wrong ramp as far you are taking it in careful route.

As about siren usage, picture does not displays enough closely when ever sirens were used or not.

After reviewing the case following actions are to be made :

Officer Mark Callaghan receives Verbal warning and 250$ ticket fine for driving in middle of the ramp  instead of taking careful route trough the grass or closer to pavement while responding to situation.

Fees must be paid to any SAPD/ACSD CMD staff within 5 days.
