Title: Officer Kelvin_Davenport - Failing to provide objective behaviour

Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Kelvin_Davenport - Failed to provide objective evidence in my case, turned my statements against me, and treated me unfair and biased. He convinced all the other officers of his version of the story and managed to get me jailed without any evidence, or proofs.

2. Officer's Department - LSPD, I guess.

I am witness and handling Officer of one Investigation out of three.

During my presence in the LSPD i noticed officer Davenport investigating the reporting person.

After he "finished" his Investigation this man requested a third party officer. As i had nothing to do i investigated the man and found his main crime "aiding" not guilty. I trusted the man on his story beeing kidnapped. Officer Davenport aswell suspected the man for "evading" as he apparently evaded the Crime scene. Officer Davenport took over the Investigation from that time on and investigated the subject for "evading"....After that i left the LSPD.....

Unknown timeframe later i went again to the LSPD in order to check if the suspect is still beeing investigated. During my ride i noticed on the radio that another officer investigated this man a third time. He was found guilty again especially because he was declared lieing to the Officers.

He was let off due to the property holder withdrawing charges against him.

If you could reread some of the Chatlogs (i know its a lot), he constantly turns around my statements, misunderstands them intentionally wrong, and alleged me to say thing i never said in THAT particular way. In that way he managed to convince the officers, and i was jailed for no crime.

Just because of that they we're assuming I was lying, eventhough they had no part of the story themselves, no objective proofs, or evidence, still i got jailed.
It's not about the jail time, its about the respect an officer pays to his duty and the citizens.

Alright, after reading through the entire chat log, it is clear that:

Mr. Shentoza did indeed get kidnapped and did try to call 911 to alert the police, failing each time, as he hung up before finishing the call.

He was also understandably suspected at the time for aiding, as he was a passenger in the vehicle being driven by a dangerous suspect, though he should have been un-suspected after a short investigation.

Mr Shentoza obviously ran to a distance when his car was on fire and if he feared for his life, common sense - this is not an act of evasion.

Officer Davenport used some force against him to make him surrender, which is also allowed, only after warnings are issued.

Mr. Shentoza was then brought into LSPD.

The lengthy investigation seems to have strayed away from the main purpose, which was to find out whether he was being kidnapped or not.

The only person who claims Mr. Shentoza was evading was Officer Davenport, who backed that up with no evidence therefore it is invalid. It is also clear to me that Officer Davenport unfairly investigated Mr. Shentoza and failed to read out his miranda rights until after the false conclusion had been drawn, three times.

This declaration is also invalid as there is no evidence of that in the chat log. The fact that a set of circumstances are unlikely or something 'most likely' didn't happen, does not mean that its a lie. I would like to know who came to this conclusion.

First Investigation By Me: Sir First Of All On The First Investigation He Said He Called 911 but no 911 Calls Were Received That Moment

Second Investigation By Padress Rosso : He Said He Did Not Call 911
