Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:
1. Officer Name - Officer Conky and Officer Brajun Adams - I was a SU and was running away. When my car blew up, I stopped right there and told the cops not to shoot as I would GU (I had many weapons). So then I did /Hail 1 (which also means GU) but Officer Brajun Adams took his night stick and started hitting me! Then when I told him That /hail also means GU, officer Conky Started Spraying me!
2. Officer's Department - Officer Conky - LSPD Uniform, LV Cop Car. Officer Brajun Adams - Biker Uniform, Air Patrol (LSPD)

I do not have pictures as It happened very fast and I was trying to tell them to stop!
b. Other evidence..
Eye Witness : Officer Miller. And Aristotle_Scotto might have seen it too.

We are not part of the SAPD, we are part of the Air Division.
Also, I have all rights to use non-lethal force to make you comply. You we're asked nicely to come towards the other officers vehicle, you did not do so so you we're indeed hitted with a nightstick multiple times.

Yes you did /hail, but then you decided not to comply with officer Miller. So non-lethal force was used (and verbal warnings) to get you to comply, which you eventually did. You then decided to complain in /p with "Cop abusers" for about 5 mins until you were jailed.

Question to both. Were you on Air Division duty ? I need this confirmed today so I can contact Command incase off.

These officers cannot be held under SAPD regulations as Air Division is not at this stage an SAPD division, we are required to follow ARPD regs and server rules.
However ..
A suspected person failing to co-operate with officers once surrendered is actually in breach of Server rules and as Community Leader do you wish me to react on your rules breach ?
These officers failed to report this and that is not against server rules, but their reaction was not required but is understandable.
I can punish both officers for taking an admin matter into their own hands but I will also have to punish you for the rules breach.

It can stay here for the next 24 hours to clear things up, but after that it will be removed due SAPD command will not handle reports against air division members, please visit divisions forum for that.

Ok. Then it might have been a misunderstanding that I did not read the chat. So if it was my fault, sorry.
But next time if someone tells you to stop spraying and hitting, tell them the reason again instead of just saying "Comply! Comply!"

If someone is shouting "Comply!" at you, it means you are not complying...
