Your job is to jail, not to kill. You can't kill unarmed suspect that is not even attacking you

If yes, I've the right to think that Anthony acted as the rules states.

You were escaping since the begining, you had time to surrender

If there were also any witnesses, please get them to post their statements.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 29th of May, at 00:49 a report was submitted by Petar Gvardia as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Dario Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Petar Gvardia has reported ARPD Officer Anthony to have opened fire to an unarmed suspect and killed him without reasons.

-- In conclusion, after reviewing the chatlogs, Officer Anthony didn't warn Petar Gvardia to surrend and opened fire at once.

Hoping that he will learn from his mistakes, the ARPD Officer Anthony is considered as Guilty and he will go trough 1 DAY of copban for "Excessive use of force against a suspect".

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
