Nikiola_Sicilian, was on a pull over of his family member, when he is harassed by the civillian. Possible corrupting.

Could you please outline a clear reason why you're reporting this officer, because from what you've shown here there are no ARPD violations, only him messing around with a family member. The evidence you've provided here is no where near enough for you to suggest he is corrupt.

As in the pictures shown, he is pulling over his family member, he is being harassed by the civilian and ended the traffic stop and entered his car (I didn't take SS that time). So the reason why he is offending is abusing cop rights.

Its very clear that you've misinterpreted what was going on here. In the future, please attempt to speak to the person you want to report before you report them, so maybe you can hear what their intentions were. For something like this, it wouldn't hurt to try to resolve it in game.
There is no corruption or abuse going on here, as I said, its just two friends messing around.
