Background story(Atleast 100 words): Jeremiah Fish was born and raised in the quaint town of Blueberry. At the age of 18, he moved out of the state, partly for studies (while the underlying reason being getting away from all the troubles plaguing his family). Upon his return, he set out to work diligently for the community, and after a bit of work, he purchased the Blueberry Pizza Stack, taking it out of stagnation and restoring it to it's former glory. Despite all this, he eventually became disenchanted with the current state of affairs and decided to apply for the recently formed ACSD, in the hopes of finding a productive and interesting work environment.

Why do you wish to join ACSD: Looks like a great and fun department, and the idea of being based in the counties sounds like a lot of fun. There are a lot of experienced people around, and that looks like a great learning opportunity, and it's a fairly new department, and I'm hoping to contribute a lot to it. The fact that it's centered around the counties seems like a pleasant change for everyone, and counts for some great roleplay.
