Title: [ADF]Sina - Failing to provide an investgation, script abuse.

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer [ADF]Sina


I was fishing at bone county, where out of no where this officer comes in a helicopter and suspects me for "dealing heroin" as soon as he lands he starts spraying, and punching me. I tell him to relax and raise my hands up, yet he continues to spray me, then finally he asks me to type /gu. I do so and inform him that I require an investgation. He agrees, then after we arrive to LVPD I stand behind I desk to get my investgation, but instead the officer abuses the /jail's radius script and /jail me while I'm standing behind the desk.

Under no way is the actions of this officer acceptable, I'll be taking this case to court and demanding a compensation. A little review about the regulations and acts the officer broke is included below:


Ordinance XII:  In the case of arrest or detention, a citizen must be promptly informed of the reasons, must also be informed that he has the right to a lawyer and must be allowed to use that right as soon as possible. He shall also have the validity of the detention controlled by the present law and to be released if the detention is not lawful. - I've never been read my rights, I didn't even get an investgation, and I was not directly informed about my crime. Therefore the arrest is invalid.

Act IV: A person is innocent until proven and declared guilty. - I was never proven guilty with soild evidence, therefore I was jailed as a innocent person, which is completely unacceptable.

Therefore I kindy request the person looking into this case to preform the following:

Take necessary administrative actions against the reported officer.
Offically state that the arrest is invalid, and I'd be thankfully if he could come to the court house and state that offically.

first of all
you are a heroin dealer

and arrested a few time in one day
i see you when escape from sf
and
this time you was on Verdant meadov spot

and tell me i fishing
and can tell me
why you fishing at ground?
a fisher must stay at water no heroin spot
also if you fishing there why when see me start escape??

Anyway i check your moves in game and all time /area you and know you dont fishing
and normal peoples havent any work on a HEROIN SPOT
you cant fishing at heroin spots
plz stop lying

Ah so you're stalking me? Anyways let me inform you:


Ordinance VII: The rights of citizens shall not be denied or abridged by the nation or by any state because of race, colour, religion, criminal history, or previous lifestyles. An organization can still deny a candidate to a job if they judge that the criminal history or previous lifestyle of a person could put in danger the organization or the security of the nation.

I can't be judged on my past actions, anyways I was fishing at that time. You've still have got no prove I ordered any heroin, and even if you did, you didn't present that in any investgation,

criminal history?
you right but i su you with a few reason

first reason is a good reason cause i check your area all times after FBI arrest you
and transfer fbi hq you quit from game and after 20 or 30 min come back and i follow check you and find you at Verdant meadow  BC spot
and come to you but when you see me start escape to heli but sued and cause you dont find any way to escape gue and i cuff you
after that we enter LSPD heli and move to LVPD

now reasons:
normal peoples cant go to heroin spots
and you say i was in fishing
kkk
but when i see you
you run to heli
why you escape from me when you arent criminal

also i dont arrest you only for your criminal history
your criminal history only improve my intrest to check you for heroin
and i check you in all time
you are lucky cause FBI was busy
i tell them but they say we are bussy

i think you know when a police see a guy at heroin spot and when police go for check he run
also when that guy have criminal history only a few min ago of that day

of course i respect my high rank views
and its bad cause you are Deputy Sheriff
and arrested two time for heroin deal

I don't get what you're saying, but I didn't run from you, I stopped and gave up as soon as you suspected me. If you can proof otherwise, please do so.

To Sergeant Bridges: I'd like to add that the officer was "stalking" me to the list of acusations, as per stated by the constitution:

Act XIV: It is not allowed to spy, follow, track, interrogate or stalk another civilian.
Act XIV.I: Act XIV does not apply to law enforcement agencies excepted for stalking which is still a crime.

So it appers Officer Sina have admitted that he has commited a crime on duty, which is stalking me and following me to try to get me in trouble. Which pushes me even further into advancing into a court case afterwards.

yes i cant follow or spy civilians
but i do it when you suspect and last time area you cause recive your mayday massage in pilot radio around BC
and i was on spot checking also
i patrol spots and find you there too
(i was on SF sky and recive mayday pm and say on radio This is LSPD AU what happen? and he say prob fixed in this time i was on spot check and start from dohery spot cause one officer arrest one dealer at doherty i fly on officer car to Escort and recive that pm-i move to more spot in bayside and BC and see a car on radar and when see a player there move to check and i see he there on run to heli and su him)also he was on spot no sea and one helicopter was there left of house at spot house

Ok to clarify, Omar, the reason you are reporting Sina is because he jailed you when you asked for an investigation, taking advantage of his distance to the '/jail' area.

If that is the case, then I ask that you both only add information that is relevant to that.

Sina, without repeating what you've already said, could you please explain why you jailed Omar when he asked for an investigation, especially in light of this:

i say citizens cant go heroin spots in normal style they only go for heroin of course possible have house at spot
but in VM spot he havent any house at spot and any right to do there
and more reason
why he try to enter her helicopter when spot me in radar???

do he dontknow there arent a good place for fishing?

May I please help Sina because her English seems a bit difficult to understand

Omar wasn't near the water but at a deserted place exactly at a heroin spot in BC. He did not own the house and the claim of 'fishimg' is wrong because he wasn't even near the water nor did he have any equipment.
Also, Omar attempted to evade in the helicopter when he saw the cop. After suspection however, he complied.

I simply wish to help him with the English. I know I'm not involved and probably not allowed to post. Im just trying to clarify Sina. :)

and when we arrive LVPD he start speak with phone and dont repeat investigate need and i think he accept her crime

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On June 07, 2013 at 13:44, a report was submitted by Omar Aly as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
-Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Sina did wrongfully jail Mr. Aly when he should have investigated him
-However, it is clear that the /jail command was not intentionally abused, so Officer Sina will be given the benefit of the doubt in respect to that.
-This incident can still be pursued in civil court because of Officer Sina's actions.

-- In conclusion, Officer Sina will be issued a verbal warning and shown the correct ARPD protocol that is to be followed when jailing suspects to avoid any similar incidents in the future.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
