We've had alot of questions about it, but, to make them ending. AD did indeed open their applications. Go here (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/divisions/index.php?board=132.0) to apply if you're intrested.

There was good reasons, on beng the lack of staff to handle applications without seriously affecting our primary role of law enforcement.
In future this could change, but we cannot say yes or no, much depends on if the invite system gets us the staff with the relevant skills.
