Title: ARPD Report - Darkness_Perry[Hamza]

ARPD Officer Policy violators: Darkness Perry

1. Officer Name - I driving on my NRG, escaping police since I was suspect, after I succeeded to escape Officer Darkness Perry which was in last chase after me, he showed me "middle finger" which for me was very offensive and very immature from police officer.

This is absolutely false, I was heading to Bone County from LS-LV highway, and when I was near $hody used cars / LV Fire Dep. I made U turn and went back, all this time Darkness was chasing me, I pretty much escaped him back to Mako span bridge where I was unsuspected because I escaped, he stopped by the road and acted immature as you could see. You say you didn't know its allowed? This is common sense, I don't think this should be considered in any way. Also when I was contacting you to respond on report, you had good English manner, also you were rude, asking me who am I to tell you that. This behavior is just unacceptable.

As Darkness mentioned up, you said something to him first due to which he acted like that. I assume those lines which are highlighted to make them unreadable consist of something said from your side. I would like to see a simple screen shot.

Nope, hidden part is PM's between me and other guy, I can't post original SS' now, since I'm in Netherlands, and don't have access to my PC.

As concluding the report, I've found out that previously the reported officer claimed that the reporter also said something provocative due to which the scene led to the worse situation. I would like the reported officer to provide a valid evidence of the reporter saying something provocative so it can be clarified lawfully.
Meanwhile I would also like to give a chance to the reporter if he wants to add something in the report before a verdict can be reached.

Therfore this report is closed, until you have new evidence to addon to it(We consider a new name, a lead as well).

Closed, no actions taken.
