ARPD Officer Policy violators: Louise

1. Louise - I was on-duty as an EMT with the San Andreas Fire Department. My partner Chris and I were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries at Santa Maria Beach in front of the Pay and Spray. We arrived first on scene and began assessment. Then an EMS Sultan pulls up with Volunteer Paramedics Team_Ethan and Brajun_Adams. Team_Ethan says he is going to give my patient weed for pain relief. I yelled at him and called for PD to respond to SMB. When ARPD Officer Louise arrives, Team_Ethan informs the patient to only "smoke it at his house". He then hands the patient 5 grams of Weed In front of officer Louis. I told Officer Louis to arrest the paramedic for negligence endangerment and drug dealing. This drug is NOT protocol for pain relief. We use Morphine. The officer PMs me that he "knows these bros". Paramedic Brajun_Adams tells officer Louise to arrest me for falsifying information to police. I did not falsify anything. The Officer, without a speck of evidence and advice from his "bro", SUs me for falsyfing evidence to police. I surrender immediately. I was taken to LSPD, given an investigation, found Innocent by XSniper, Un-Sued, and here I am. This officer instead of looking at facts, listens to his friends.

Hello, I am EMS worker Adams. I would like to tell my side of the story.

As we arrived at the scene, EMS Hansley started Yelling at me, I ignored so and continued my work. After doing my work and having a chat with Team Arslan (the patient) we decided to give him some prescripted drugs, medical marihuana.

After doing so, EMS Hansley started shouting in the emergency radio that we we're selling weed and ruining his RP, but he was the one ruining the 'RP' by shouting alot of random shit, flooding, etc.

After that, he was saying that the officer needed backup in the EMS radio, and some other nonsence, after what I told Louise that I wanted to press charges at EMS Hansley for false info and false info towards police. some printscreens and chatlogs.

Ok I have now reviewed all of the evidence provided and a conclusion will be reached soon.

To clarify this for all parties: under no circumstances can Marijuana be distributed in public from anyone to anyone (however obviously excluding when police are confiscating drugs). Volunteer Medic TeaM_Ethan does not have the power to legally subscribe Marijuana and should have been arrested when he passed over the drugs to the patient.

Officer Louise, may I ask you why did you suspect Trainee Mark Hansley without sufficient evidence of any crimes?

Hello all,

I was the patient at the scene.
My statement: when I fell I was in great pain because of this doctor Ethan gave me a few grams of weed to take if it got worse and would help me feel better and relieve me of my pain. I was also told not to use it in public.

I'm not sure if this was the right or wrong because I just followed a doctor's advice but in my eyes I think officer Louise did report on radio for possible drug dealing. However the doctor said he prescribed me with those drugs to make me feel better and I think that's the reason why he thought it may be allowed.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On June 15th, 2013, 17:38pm, a report was submitted by Mark Hansley as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Officer Louise did wrongfully suspect Trainee Medic Hansley without reasonable suspicion of the crime or valid evidence.
-The prescription of 'medical marijuana' was not authorised and is therefore classes as a drug deal and illegal.

-- In conclusion, Officer Louise will be officially warned about his misuse of suspect, without valid evidence and he will also be reminded of ARPD protocol that he needs to follow in the future, to avoid such situations.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
