Title: [ARPD Report] [ARU]Sirius_Black

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name [ARU]Sirius_Black.
I am reporting this officer for two reasons.

First of all he suspected me for high speed without even warning me but he made directly suspection.
Second of all you shoot at me while i was /hail 1 and not even moving.

a. Pictures..
This moment (http://i.imgur.com/Oh0BJd2.jpg) was when i was /hail 1 and the cop kept shooting at me.
This moment (http://i.imgur.com/i7jyJGA.jpg) is when i got shooted.(look at my HP).
This was my crime (http://i.imgur.com/y3VCjne.jpg) which i got it without even getting a single warning.
b. Other evidence..

Date: 15/6/2013.
Time: 00:56 (Server Time)

I am seeing myself involved in this case as I witnessed this officer "nailing" bullets on a suspect who was stationary and not causing any threat.

Warnings were blocked off and ignored by spoken officer. He is clearly misusing his firearm and needs to be taken to justice asap.

As much as i know a police officer cant shoot a unarmed standing still suspect right?

I was not even moving i was totally standing still...i think that on the other player screen can it be shown when someone is not moving...

Dear command staff, I am Brajun Adams and I witnessed most of mr Brooks his crime. We had a party at LS City Hall due to the birthday of Mr. ProWaffle. Mr Brooks continuesly came there, suspected or unsuspected and driving into the crowd or ramming vehicles near it, he already got warned multiple times not to do it, then he did it again. At this time he was warned multiple times. His crime was completely valid and I am here to confirm that, for the shooting on standing still suspects I cannot judge, all I can say it could be a accident. (SA:MP does not always sync that well)
