 b. Other evidence..
To get a better overview I'm gonna describe precisely what happened.

I spotted this monstertruck doing stunts and crossing roads. I then turned on my lights and pulled him over. The officer shouted in some kind of fake megaphone that "he's with him", which basically should've meant that I shall move code 4 and he will take "care" of it. However, just as I was about to step out, some other monstertruck rammed my back and flipped the car. After that the monster truck ran off with the officer without any action taken by him. I then suspected the driver and went to a nearby unit as the officer reported the suspect 10-15. Clearly visible on the screen the officer jailed him for 17 seconds.

Mistakes can always happen when you for example forget a number but not in such a case where the officer is obviously a friend of the suspected.

Hello I am Sergeant Hamza and I'll be handling this report.
Is the reported officer informed about this?

I just got informed today.
And that was a mistake, I actually wanted to do 170, because the numpad ENTER button is near the 0. You can believe what you want ;)

Anything else to add before we reach a verdict?

Yeah.

I was saying he was with me because I had him in costudy, nothing else. He isn't my friend out-of-the-game or something.

Yeah.

Never mentioned that he is your friend out-of-the-game. I just said that he is a friend ingame and it is quite obvious. After all you don't enter the car of a foreign person especially when that foreign person is even breaking the law.

:ps: Nothing else to add

I know I'm not involved but I'd like to add that, even if it was a mistake, 170 seconds for just evading is excessive.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the June 18, 2013, 16:48:34 pm a report was submitted by Padres Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Hamza

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer Harris failed to jail an evader of traffic law for the correct time. He claims that he mistyped the letters and therefore it led to cause problems. Even if the letters were typed with a 0, the jail time for evading was excessive.

-- In conclusion, Officer Harris is officially warned for this and if this continued, he may face consiquences.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Sergeant Hamza
