Title: ARPD Report - Fares

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: fares

1. I was at my hood near to Pizza Stack a random cop suspected me for reckless driving,i said to him i want my investigation then he repeat his self to surrender i was on /hail 2 command which is same as a /gu , then he killed me powerfully.

The person i killed at my garden same person he got revenge kill on cop duty

I can confirm the Validity of Stefan's Statement, I'm Lance_RivosecchiT and I saw what happened. When I arrived on my NRG, Stefan was doing the /hail 2 Anim. He was talking to the offending officer about wanting an Investigation. I rped asking stefan If he was giving trouble and then out of no where, The offending officer procceeded to shoot stefan and kill him. Before this too, The offending officer had been walking around Pershing square Randomly pointing his Police Issued Firearm at People(I however, Do not have the screenshots to prove this) But I can confirm everything Stefan Has said.

I, Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould will be handling this report.

From what I can find out, the officer 'Fares' registered his account on June 19th, 2013. This means at the time of this report, he was only 3 days old. Was there any attempt to contact this officer afterwards to ask why they did what they did, or did you come here straight away, without notifying them or speaking to them first?

The violation is not dismissable, but the newness of this player will be heavily taken into account when this report is investigated.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT
 
On 21/06/2013 at 19:21 a report was submitted by Stefan as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
 
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould
 
The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.
 
- Since his registration the player has only been seen in the state 3 times and as such i will presume the officer is no longer a interested in being in the state.
- Should the officer return he will be warned about his conduct and given advise on how to better perform as a Law enforcement officer
- This report was delayed due to a forum rollback and outage, apologies for any inconvenience.
 
 
If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
