Title: ARPD Report - Neel.

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Neel. - Today at the servertime of 13:58 I caught Neel attempting to deal drugs with 2Pac_Shakur. Logs and a picture will show Neel attempted to have a drugsdeal. After I gave him a last chance to simply leave and act like I've seen and heard nothing, he rejected. A few seconds later, the weed appeared and before I knew, Neel used the /harvestweed command (this can be confirmed by admin logs). All is clear in the evidence section down here.

~~Has the officer been notified of the report yet? If not~~ (due to server downtime) I will try to contact them through their application.

The officer must provide a statement by the 2nd of July, 2013. If not received by then, the report will continue without his statement and his SAPD application will be denied.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On 22/06/2013 at 14:19 a report was submitted by Bundy as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

A Suspension was issued and This report closed but Due to a Rollback of the Forum the closing statement was lost, the punishment still stands and this report will now be closed once again.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
