ARPD Officer Policy violators:
1. Monte ? -
So yeah, I was standing over at Idlewood, at the corner. Suddenly, this officer on his bike cuffed me and forced me to go with him on his bike. Then he dragged me into jail and locked it. He left me there, until another officer found me, Taseen Chowdhury and his partner Kenawa.
Officer Chowdhury mentioned that it was probably officer Monte, after pictures of him on the police database I can confirm that. That's it.

The drug addicted-abused hobo unfortunately died and can't supply any more evidence.

In regards to this:
** The body of black male was later found dead at Mulholland. Police believes he is thrown off the bridge. **
There is not enough sufficient evidence for this to be pursued, therefore no action will be taken on it.
As for the rest of the report, the credibility of Officer Chowdhury's statement is not enough for it to be considered reliable. Even with the reporters statement in addition t to that, there is insufficient evidence to confirm that any of the events described occurred, or that Officer Montague breached any ARPD procedure either.
Based on that, no action will be taken - lack of evidence.
