Title: [ARPD Report] - Officer: NEO ninja

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Rule violators:

1. NEO ninja (And officer Thomas Nettle) - Both the officers assaulted me as a citizen. Then suspected and killed me.
2. Officer's Department - ARPD.

 Evidence1: Here, the officers use firearm against me, a citizen. I ask them twice, "WTF" - Refering I'm not aware why they are using violance. Then I head to the Pay and Spray for repairs, where they suspect me.

 Evidence2: Here we can see the officers suspecting me as I enter the Pay and Spray. - The one, driving the vehicle, and the other, surfing on the top, using his sidearm.

Date: Wednesday (28th) - August 2013.

Howdy,

My name is Captain Mike Sangelo and I will be handling this report. Evidence 1 is clear, although evidence 2 may not be used as you were seen continuing to drive as you were a suspect on top of the fact that you had not surrendered.

Have you already informed the Officer's about this report?

- Yes I have informed the officers about the incident, once before I submited the report, and once again afterwards.

- Furthermore about evidence 2. - I don't see where I made the fault when I started driving away from the officers, who suddenly started shooting at me with no reason, without a suspection..
Furthermore I clearly belive, misusing their firearm, would make any citizens flee, since nobody wants to die instantly.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the August the 28th, 2013, at 14:53 HOURS a report was submitted by Sherlock as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Captain Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer NEO_ninja can be seen shooting the civlian for no apparent reason or purpose/failed to reply to the report
-- ARPD Officer Thomas_Nettle can be seen aiding the other abusive Officer in attempts to brutally hurt a civilian for no apparent reason or purpose/failed to reply to the report

-- In conclusion, both ARPD Officer NEO_ninja and Thomas_Nettle will receive 1 day suspensions from duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me, or to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
