Title: [CLOSED] Thomas_C - Abusing copban

SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Thomas_C - Copbanned me for no reason and without proper evidence. Then proceeds and be smartass about it, obviously abusing his powers to fight a personal grudge against an innocent player.
2. Officer's Department - No idea

Sources on TS told me that you were also shitting on me there. Telling everyone that I constantly abused my rights, copbanning for useless shit. For your information, I've only copbanned three guys so far. One of them was you. Moreover, you were telling people that weren't even involved to post in this topic. I paraphrase: to f**k with Thomas.

If you have issues with who I am or how I do my "job", tell me. If you have tips, share them. Going around telling people I suck doesn't work: I can't improve on anything, but instead everyone turns his back to me.

Smartass comments which turn back around make you look like a dunderhead. Think better, Marcel. You can't even defend yourself properly in replying in actual facts towards what's shown, which is solid evidence.

Demands denied and investigation is in progress to raise the copban higher than it is for false accusations and spreading rumors around.

Marcel I guess this report will teach you that witch hunting and false accussations will only get you in deeper trouble then you are..

Summary: After reviewal of all the chatlogs surrounding the situation, not only did the sergeant did his job right, he infact went quite light on you. Sadly for you I am not as generous as he is. Based on the multiple moral lines you broke and simply acting inproperly while on duty, I've reached to the conlcusion that the copban placed on Marcel will be rised with another 7 days.

Punishment:
None - The sergeant did what was fully correct in the current case.

Note to the reporter: Better get your attitude straight and learn how to behave, otherwise this will be the first out of many copbans and the length will increase per each.
