Title: SAPD Sergeant Thomas_C - Shooting a surrendered suspect during investigation.

Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Ok here is the story.I was arrested from ARPD Officer Jenny_LucianoT and i was taken in Dillimore Police Department.I asked for a investigation and i was getting one.During my way to DPD i setted a hit on Police officer and i didn't knew who accepted the hit on Jennys head.After some minutes of investigation a unknown guy named AlexSforza came there and he pretended like he was my lawyer.Than after 2-3 minutes alex killed jenny and he went out of the Police department.After this i was very shocked cause i didn't knew he had the hit.After 30 seconds Sergeant Thomas aimed me with M4 and shooted me like 5-6 bullets (maybe more) and my armor went down near the end.
2. Officer's Department - I guess it is in LSPD

In this picture it was the moment that i was getting a investigation from Officer Jenny.Like 3-4 minutes later some other officer including Sergeant Thomas C entered and got my investigation.

In this picture It was the moment when the unkown guy left the PD and after Sergeant Thomas fired on me.

As you can see my armor was already full ($2000) when i was doing investigation with officer Jenny.And in the second picture it was already down.

Like I already told you in-game, it was a missclick. A book fell off the shelve above my mouse (I can make a picture of it if you want).

I'll refund the armour.

Due to the fact that you have a modified HUD, your claims about your armour cannot be proven and are therefore dismissed. Other than that, ARPD command is currently investigating this report though and will come back with a response shortly.

The server logs are also being checked to further give us an idea of what occurred during this incident.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On September 1st , 2013 at 14:49pm a report was submitted by Alex Brooks as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-It has been confirmed that Alex Brooks was shot by Sergeant Thomas
-Sergeant Thomas has explained that it was unintentional and happened because of unforeseen circumstances

-- In conclusion, Sergeant Thomas will be given the benefit of the doubt and let off with a warning to be more cautious in situations like this. He will also be given some advice on how to further reduce the risk of incidents like this occurring again

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
