Title: ARPD Report - Shooting an LEO (Nexxt)

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Nexxt - Well, I was driving past the 24/7 at Commerce and had a head on collision with Nexxt, he got a bit mad at me, I ignored him and turned around, I was about 10 meters away and he shot at my cruiser / me.

There was a fire going on and you rammed STRAIGHT into our roadblock. You started to complain and point at us, that we were doing the wrong thing (erhm, we just blocked the road).

Yes, I did shoot you. I just wanted to damage your car, as you damaged ours. I'm fully accepting a punishment, as I broke a rule. It's a game, we have fun and I thought it was fun to shoot you, lol. Let me make a sidenote, it was only 1 shot and it most likely didn't even hit your car.

The shot from your car did hit my cruiser.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On 03/09/2013, 18:31:44 a report was submitted by Jeremy Norton as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Staff Sergeant Hamza K

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer Nexxt was reported by Jeremy Norton for shooting a fellow LEO.
- Officer Nexxt admitted the fire to be shot from his gun which hit the car of Officer Jeremy. After going in detail, Officer Nexxt was handling a fire situation with his vehicle parked as a blockade. Officer Jeremy hit the blockade due to which Officer Nexxt outraged. Both Officers started to fight and accuse each other for the situation. This problem could have been solved with talking or discussing the issue as the hitting can also be caused due to a lag. But, the situation turned to the worst when Officer Nexxt opened fire on Officer Jeremy instead of doing any of the things listed above.
- Shooting a fellow LEO is forbidden + Nexxt is an experience officer who shouldn't have done it.

-- Officer Nexxt is suspended from his duty for 1 day as a lesson and punishment.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
