Title: SAPD Report - [WS]Padres_Rosso

the officer [WS]Padres_Rosso has ordered heroin as you can see in the picture, later he suspected me for "Obstruction of Justice" And theres a message from him "Disperse"

Please punish the officer.

I arrived on scene just after the civilian got suspected, Padres attempted to force the civilian out of the alley, but he refused.
Padres wasn't ordering heroin, he was making sure the civilian didn't.
