Title: ARPD Report - Taseen_Chowdhury [Alan]

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:Taseen_Chowdhury

1. Officer Name - Someone Cops stopped me so i stopped i was wanted and i did /hail i was about to write /su but Taseen_Chowdhury Killed me Im not just reporting cause he did one time he did 3 times like that When someone pull me and when i do /hail he kill me That's not fair i contact to admin an admin said to report on arpd forums I dont have any picture cause someone calling me on skype so my game was lagging a bit and he just killed me suddenly so i cannot take pics

Eugh, you looked de synced, you were on 0 HP and laying on the ground after an explosion, I decided to test if you were de synced and it turned out you weren't and I ended up killing you. If you would have actually contacted me I would have been happy to give you a full refund of any weapons you had.

A question for the reporter;
Were there any witnesses to this incident?
How much health did you have before Taseen hit you and what weapon did he use?

For Taseen;
So you saw the suspect laying still on the ground, in a desynced fashion and decided to test if he was desynced? What weapon were you using at the time and how much HP did the suspect have before you hurt him?

I used my baton and the suspect had around 1-5 HP (The health bar was empty).

He used Stick and killed me because i had 1- hp

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September the 24th  2013, at 23:31 HOURS a report was submitted by Maze_LucianoT as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Alan Demarest

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Taseen will be given the benefit of the doubt that killing the person was not intentional, but is warned to exercise more caution in the future.


-- Official warning for Taseen for improper use of force

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
