Title: ARPD Report - Hector_Alvarez [Dario]

ARPD Officer Policy violators:Hector_Alvarez

1. Officer Name - He was driving a black Sultan while on duty wich is not allowed. Me and officer Kenawa. warned him two times but he refused to change his car to a PD one.
