1. Xavier Laurent He violated my rights of free speech, used excessive force on me, suspected me for no reason, carjacked me, didn't give me a real investigation, didn't give me any time to pay the ticket, used force on me while walking to the PD, used force while I wanted to give up and the list goes on.

Which wasn't true since I did not evade,I wasn't even handed a ticket.

I was passing a car, and died from my car exploding, so you could call this returning after death also, because that RP situation ended alredy, you stopped me from lag, and that lag accured 5 minutes ago, you have no proof of what you are saying that I did, you used excessive force on me, accused me of lying when you yourself don't have any proof of me doing anything, and you just called me "butthurt" are you even taking this seriously?

First of all I didn't even know that you died before.I did not used excessive force,what I only used was nighstick and pepper spray.Ok I admit it is my mistake too that I actually didn't saw those to to moves much.Ok if I am guilty I deserve a punishment.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the September the 29th  2013, at 09:27 HOURS a report was submitted by Gmail as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Joel 'Mega' Treharne

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer Xavier Laurent was not acting in a manner befitting a police officer, breaking ARPD Rule 2

-- In conclusion, the officer broke ARPD rule two stating how a law enforcer must act. For his conduct the officer will be given a official warning.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
