Title: [SA:MP] Congratulations Chiefs

It is my ultimate pleasure to see my old buddy Plam become SAPD Chief. Also my buddy Mike become Deputy Chief. They both worked tremendously for long hours each day ensuring the stability within SAPD. Their guidance and leadership shall be allowed to fully excell to the actual needs of our force. We are thankful for having such active, exemplanary and experienced commands as Chiefs.

Plam's dedication was always unbelievable never have I been so happy to see someone promoted, cause at some time I worked under his command and saw how hard he works for SAPD, also comgartulations to Mike.
