Title: [SA:MP] Taking a step down

Hello folks!

Because I have less time than usual in real life, due to school and a whole lot more, I have decided to take a step down.

I have given up my sergeant rank, for it to be fulfilled by another person that does have the time and commitment that I lacked the last couple of weeks. I wish the person to be promoted the very best of luck.

For the meantime, it means that I'll be a Senior Officer and I no longer have any command staff obligations, responsibilities or privileges.
